lol events need a concept and game plan then things get added and teeked as it goes along in the planning so help is always needed.:)

I just want this to be as super OCD organized as it can be. The main things like art contests, avatar contests, writing contests, ext ext will be formaly anounced by the event mule, and then from there the people in charge of moderating/running the threads will take over. C:
