Welcome, to my art request thread. I've been collecting art of my OC for a while now and decided it was finally time to create a separate thread for the purpose of finding more artists to commission.

The general idea with my OC is that you can draw her in any outfit as you like, with any accessories that you want to, in any situation you feel like drawing her in. The only thing you need to stick to is her bright green eyes and long black hair (which you also can experiment with). Just look at it as if you would be drawing Yumi in another life, if you think that makes it easier.

A few facts about Yumi:
- her most common expression would be frowning
- she does not have a set outfit (be creative!)
- if she would choose a weapon she would choose a katana
- she is impulsive and selfish
- she is more evil than good, but she herself sees herself as neutral


Drawing her in an outfit that has already been done on her is just boring, please, don't do that. Use your imagination, experiment, copy some completely other outfit if you have to.

For inspiration you can of course look at the other pictures of Yumi I have, in the Mou-Mou bucket account. Then you can check out my favorite artists on DA, satougaki (those huge doodle sheets do wonders), loish (her outfits are super cute) and klar (nice style!).

oooh I just know about your OC's personality. I totally drew her off there XD sorry ya. I would love to give her a try again sometimes!

Haha it's alright, mostly when I commission someone I don't include a description of her personality, just pictures... and it just so happens that most of the pictures I've gotten are quite cutesy = not really showing her true personality. My signature somewhat better describes her true personality.

I should draw better references of her, shouldn't I? I hardly ever draw her myself xD

i'd love to draw a bust up of Yume, maybe in a more cartoony style [with blacklines, idunno...]

Do you mind it I did it all in pencil and shade it with pencil? I'll go in and tone color it but instead of ading the shadows on the computer i'll do them in pencil?
