Oh, that is a good one. I'm not sure I have a favorite per say.
I just enjoy sweets in general.

Oatmeal raisin cookies~ My daddy would give me those when I was little. My favorite part is the raisins.

Life's tough sometimes.
What counts is that you just get up and keep going!
It's our nature to keep trying...no matter what!

Hot tea, chocolate/peanut butter, and meditation with soothing music work for me.

1. Sit in a comfortable position where there are no distractions (or as little as possible) and remove all distracting items.
2. Look at the angle where the wall and the ceiling touch. Don't move your eyes from that point.
3. Count slowly backwards from a number such as 10 or 25. Let your eyelids slowly close on their own.
4. Once they are closed, keep your mind blank. Think of nothing but either whiteness or blackness all around.
5. Let your mind drift.

me and my ADHD find it hard to meditate, but I try anyway sometimes. I like to do it to help clear my mind so I can sleep.

As I said, think of a whiteness or blackness consuming everything else. Nothing exists except for that.

I always think about my breathing. If I think about blackness, I start seeing colors for some reason.

I'm learning to 100% clear my mind. Been trying for months and I'm making tons of progress. It works best if I sit comfortably, close my eyes, and think about my toes for a while, then my feet, then my legs, and so on up my body, then think about absolutely nothing when I get to my head. Works really well if I don't rush.
I also have a fantasy world I go into every morning for a while to improve my visualization skills. It helped a ton with my physical stress-related ailments.

I would love to create me a fantasy world too.

What I do is I visualize myself in a world where I live in a big flower near a river. I have a flute I use to summon a giant bird that I can ride to wherever I want. There are a lot of places. There are scenic places where I can be alone, a town to walk around, I have a couple friends, and best of all it's all mine. I don't have to worry about what's logical or what dots don't connect since it's only for me. Several things in my world don't make sense, but the only person who knows all the details is me, and I don't care.
You can do it in first or third person and it can last as long as you want. I split my days into five short parts and only do one part per real life day. I try to imagine every little detail and focus all my mind's attention on what I'm trying to play out.

That's why some meditation techniques may work!
I'm excited to try them.
But it's harder at night.
Maybe if I just picture a blankness or something...
