Yaaaay! I managed to not undercook or overcook my pancakes! They really get me sometimes, either burning in the blink of an eye or not cooking through because I'm nervous about burning them x_x I did get some hot oil on my hand when I flipped one though ;_;

Still, they are delicious, so yay!

I'm pretty good at cooking, just not pancakes. Pancakes and rice often defeat me! Although, I recently got a rice cooker, so take that rice! XD

if the burn is still warm it kind of cooks your skin if you use it or anything like butter ectera
