So... I'm not into pop music and i'm not into boy bands, so by association, i'm not into One Direction.

But... Kevin Olusola, from Pentatonix, did a cover of a Harry Styles' song from his new debut album, and I liked the cover.

I listened to the original, and I liked that too. I listened to a few more songs, and liked them. And then... I bought the album, and liked it.

So... I guess I like Harry Styles now.

I'm not into hip hop, but I think it's more palatable to me when it's more mellow... heh... and mixed up with electronic music.

Also, I was more than halfway through that video before I realized Marshmellow was the artist and not the song.

I went to high school with Kurt Vile's sister (I was in a one-act play with her and played her father in it ). I also saw him live a few months ago. I love his stuff, although his voice isn't everyone's jam.

But I Hope Sandoval as well, so was glad to see this collab between them.

I saw her live in October and it was amazing. She's had so much work done over the years, though, and despite the fact that I try not to judge that, it's pretty icky.

I will always prefer The Cure to The Smiths, sorry grandpa. Plus, Charmed ruined that tune. Can't take back that damage!

I'm just glad Tori never pursued the hair band thing after it flopped. Phew...

I never watched Charmed. Was that their theme? That's weird if it was.

Y Kant Tori Read was a strange little band. I think there's only a couple of songs she actually likes. I know Cool on Your Island is one.
