Not yet. I am in Nebraska and she lives in Pennsylvania. I hope to make it up there soon.

That would be awesome if you two could meet up and hang out! I mean, it is great to be able to Skype and talk over the internet, but hanging out in person is a whole new level of even more awesome, in my opinion

Oh I agree and I really want to get out there. I had hoped that she would get the chance to meet my husband, but alas that shan't be.

Is your husband living or working close by to her?

No I had hoped we would make it out there together. Sadly he passed away suddenly in August. He had just turned 33 and we had just celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary.

Oh my goodness...I am so sorry to hear that, Silver Storm. Do you mind if I ask what happened, or maybe some medical condition, to have such a young person pass away :(

I don't know 100%. Hospital never really told me anything. The most I got was heart disease. I guess his heart stopped in the ambulance and they couldn't get it started again.

I have the leading heart doctor in the area who is willing to look over everything and help me understand it. I just keep feeling like its my fault. I should have made him go to the doctor sooner. Maybe they could have caught it and he would still be here.

I am so sorry to hear that :( I don't know the whole situation so I can't really comment on whether it would have been better to go to the doctor sooner or something like that, but it sounds like it was pretty serious and might have happened regardless of intervention? but I can't really say. My heart hurts for your loss though <3

I am so glad. I have always kind of wished I knew how to dance or just go out somewhere and fake it. We did a little at the wedding, Father/daughter dance and husband/wife first dance, and it was a fair bit of pretending we knew what we were doing. But it was a blast.

Well it took some learning and some hours of practicing, haha

Oh I bet. It would take me a good bit, not always the most graceful. Some days I am as graceful as a giraffe on rollerskates and usually about as amusing.

Our choreographer purposely came up with some moves that would be easy for the beginner to follow, since she knew a lot of us had not danced before *nods*

That is always good. Having to do some choreography in this play I am in, so far nothing too hard.

Wow that's nice Silver Storm! May I ask what play it is? i.e. is it a well-known play?

Its sort of a twist on a well known. Its called "Captain Scrooge, The Curse of the Red Nosed Reindeer." Its kind of like A Christmas Carol but with pirates and the ghosts come to visit Crachitt, instead of Scrooge, because he is too nice.

It is. I am really enjoying it.

When is the performance?

March 17, 19-20, 24, 26-27. They are talking about add 3 more performances at the beginning of April.
