urm...i don't know. i don't think it's that much different from other kinds of curry?

Curry is a very versatile spice. *shrugs* There are as many styles of curry as there are people who prepare it, I think. ^_^ Japanese style is more like a curry spiced beef stew while indian curry can be tomato based or coconut based or even green (not sure what makes that). It can also be used to season meats and vegetables and it is great in rice.

Indeed. I use curry powder a lot in my cooking at home. I wish I could make japanese style curry from scratch but I don't have a recipe that I trust. We usually buy the little packaged sauce cubes when I feel the need for curry. I haven't had it in a long time now. Unfortunately I most likely won't have it again until I have a kitchen in which to cook it. ^_^'

aww D: I'd make the curry for you...but i have no way to get it to you D: ...and I don't trust my cooking skills unless i'm eating it xD don't want to make anyone else sick, just in case, haha ^^

lol, it is okay. At least we have a microwave. That is better than nothing. ^_^
