It's so haaard. But I'm still glad my parents don't control my eating habits.

yeah... i try to control myself... but i still eat too much.

yeah... me too. i have actually come a long way i think. it takes less for me to feel full and i stay full longer on less. so yeah. progress.

yeah... but every little bit counts. im also trying to make sure i get 10,000 steps in a day... yesterday i did 12000! but today i think im only at like 4000 right now... so i got a ways to go.

I'm too lazy to keep up exercise, but I am annoyed by how much I eat.

well you are working on it and getting help as well. so things should change if you keep on it and stay focused on your goals. i believe in us

im up to 125! that is what my goal was today. and i bought the new ei! so im feeling proud!
