This place is healthy though, you can check the website here:

California Wok Hawaii » Welcome to the California Wok

Says they use low sodium soy sauce and cholesterol free canola oil.

MSG isn't too bad. It's just the soy sauce really. I make stuff at home and I'm part Chinese. xD

MSG isn't really much of a problem. The soy sauce though. @_@ I'm part Chinese and love my soy sauce. xD

That's good mewmew, that there are healthy Chinese takeaway places where you live.

It says they can make it to your specifications too, so I'm gonna see if my mom will get them to make my meal low sodium.

MSG is pretty bad when there's too much of it, makes the back of your throat itch, and really you don't need it in terms of flavour most of the time.

I used to love soy sauce as a kid, but I think due to being used to eating foods with milder flavours, sometimes if I do go out or get takeaway I find that it can be too salty for my liking. But the same applies to most cuisines, not just Chinese.

Either way, I am still excited to get food from their on Christmas. It's my favorite healthy place. It's a little more pricey, but for healthier food and better health, I think it's worth it.

I'm looking forward to it, but I wouldn't say excited.

My brother and his family will be coming over to visit on Christmas day and I'll be going to a friend's Christmas party in the evening.

I'm not sure. I guess in our family Christmas has become almost like any other public holiday. We never celebrated it for religious reasons though we did have fun with it when my brother and I were young kids. It's kind of lost that excitement factor for me.

Presents became the main thing for a while, after decorating the tree. But even that seemed to stop a few years after we stopped putting up the Christmas tree.

In the end no one wanted to, putting up the tree became a chore and not something that was fun to do so we stopped.

in the family we didn't bother wrapping up presents in later years of Christmas celebrating. This year we only bought presents for my nieces.

It is always more fun to have kids around...
to play them.

When I was younger, there were a ton of presents, a huge mountain, but not anymore. Which is fine, all I want is clothes.
