I like the shelled ones, they always seem to taste better, but they're still awesome by the handful

i like them in a shell because i eat them way slower

it's just i must have turned the volume down somehow
i never knew you could bruise yourself by giving yourself a shot

Yeah it's quite possible.

Bleeding at the Injection Site

It's normal for a small amount of blood to occasionally appear when you inject insulin. This bleeding, which is usually caused when the syringe punctures a tiny blood vessel, can be stopped by putting pressure on the injection site with your finger or a cotton ball.

Also, be sure that you:

Don't rub the spot.

Maintain light pressure with your finger to prevent bruising.

If a bruise does appear, don't use that injection site again until the bruise is gone.

Also with injections it's good to alternate between injection sites so you don't over inject an area

he taught me to inject it parallel
and the pharmacy tech said straight in
i try to not use the same area over and over
