Those eyes opened and Alexei stood, brushing his cloak off lightly as he moved across the room towards the door. He wasn't sure how long he had been in his room and he really didn't care, he had begun to get hungry. He exited the room and almost hesitantly made his way back to where all the others were gathered. There he would linger at the edge of the room, uncertain and hesitant the spell caster was more content with watching people than he was with interacting with them. Slowly he stepped further into the room, one foot at a time, wondering if the others thought he walked funny or maybe they thought he looked stupid. His head was tilted down somewhat and his eyes were mostly on the floor, watching where he placed his feet.

He moved to an unoccupied seat, not very close to the others but not very far away either. Perhaps it was a little closer to them than he would have liked, but still, he wanted to be where he could watch the people. It was a conundrum really, he hated interacting with people, he always said stupid things to them, but he hated being by himself. Alexei remained silent, content to watch and quickly look down at his lap if he thought one of the others would catch him watching them.

Codette watched the man curiously. When Saoirse spoke of dresses, her eyes widened happily. "Really? Oh Jackson did you hear that?!"
Jackson stood silently. There was something unusual about both the man and woman on the sofa, but there were usual things about the twins as well. Jax made a habit of not prying into others personal affairs, least they pry into his own. "Codette, dresses are not a necessity for our travels."
The redhead pouted at her brothers words. "May not be a necessity, but I am a woman and would like to feel like one occasionally!"
