The girl,Spirit, looked intrigued by Alryn's suggestion.Safety in numbers? She had never spent more than a few moments time with any other being before.Already she was anxious, worried that they would figure out how wrong she was and run her off,or that she would be taken by the Thirst and hurt one of them. But there was a certain logic to it.They would be safer together. And they all looked capable of defending themselves.Surely she wouldn't be able to harm them. And if they decided to attack her...she would run, just like all the other times."I suppose...it does seem like an intelligent decision." She said quietly, her fear of other people beginning to show through.

The Vargulf didn't introduce himself, he had no name, at least none that he could remember. He didn't really care what they called him, his body tensed ever so slightly when Alryn reached out to touch the fur, he didn't shy away or pull the fur back. He let the other touch it, and when Alryn was done touching the fur hide, he pulled it close to him again. As the other male spoke of staying together, he frowned slightly. "Monsters in the woods. Monsters everywhere." He shivered slightly. He was a monster, if they stayed around him long enough they would find out, and then he would kill him, and he was sure it would just be like his other nightmares. He clutched the fur hide tightly, hugging it around him.

"Call me Rea..... and sure. Do you all have tents or will you need something built? I have to build Red one anyway" She responded to first the werepire then asked the question of both as she pointed to the Vargulf whom she now nicknamed Red apparently. She would not take long to build a lean-to a piece if they said they needed it. She likely needed to build the Vargulf one anyway, though sometimes packs shared their dwelling. She started on the valgurf's then, the owl moving back to her horse's saddle to watch the group. She didn't seem to be particularly wary of them then, but that was Rea's nature. She was very much a go with the flow type of person.

Spirit tilted her head a little, thinking it over. Finally, she shook her head."I thank you for your offer, but I will decline.I am not used to sleeping under any kind of roof.I will simply shift and sleep as a wolf." She said, her voice still quiet and shy.She wondered how long it would be before the Vargulf realized what she was and beat her, like the others always did.Or was he different, too?

Safety in numbers? Did Alryn mean a pack? Would they be a pack? The Vargulf shifted slightly, shying away from all of them the slightest bit. He wasn't entirely sure how he felt about such a large pack. Four people was definitely a large pack, in his opinion, when it had just been him for so long, though perhaps not quite as long as it felt. When Rea spoke, he tilted his head to the side slightly as he looked at her. Had she just named him? Why should she call him something like that?

Suddenly, he grabbed at some strands of his hair and brought them around to his face, his hair was certainly long enough for him to do that with out pulling it, he blinked. Had it always been that color? Or was it just permanently stained with the blood of those he had killed in his nightmares, nightmares that were more reality than dream. He studied those strands of his hair for a while with his red eyes before letting them go, those eyes shifting to watch Rea as she built him a lean to.

When the girl, Spirit, spoke, his attention moved to her for a few moments. However, when his lean to was done being made, he stood, taking his fur hide with him, keeping it wrapped tightly around his body, he moved towards the lean to and poked it lightly. "My den?" Questioning eyes were on Rea, as he almost reverently ran a hand gently along part of the lean to.

"Suit your self." was her simple response. Rea was not one to take such a thing personally, anymore then she was going to get upset about the other woman was. She'd run into a couple, even run into one who ran with his mother's back, so it wasn't the first time she'd seen one. Rea was not quite as young as she looked, so there was little she hadn't seen and even less that would have surprised her. What others were simply didn't concern her much. So, she simply finished the last touches on the Vargulf's structure.

She glanced over as she sensed him move, curious. Had it really taken him a moment to figure out she'd been referring to his hair. She raised an eyebrow but shrugged, observing him absently. His memories were likely even more scattered and lost then she'd originally expected. Not to unusual for a Vargulf. He may not even remember his name... but if he was this far lost that'd probably mean he'd be a handful at the full moon. Oh well, there were ways to deal with that... even if most packs would have just killed the lost one for endangering the pack. Her thoughts were soon distracted from the musings as he referred to the simple wood and twine structure as his 'den'. He really was easily impressed with gifts and niceties wasn't he? She couldn't help but chuckle softly.

"Yes, that's yours. It's not the fanciest thing but it'll keep you dry and trap warmth relatively well. Especially if you lay your fur beneath you then lay down on top of it. I'm going to go refill this, I'll be back in a few minutes." She said simply with a shrug of her shoulders. She then glanced towards her horse and grabbed the extra skin she'd emptied on him earlier. She held it up to indicate what she meant and headed towards the river. She knew the undead horse could and would protect her supplies if needed, though the owl moved onto her shoulder. If unbothered and undisturbed she'd likely leave and be back in less then five minutes.

((XD Unless stopped she'll have already gone and be back by my next post probably lol))

He watched Rea for a few moments, as if he half expected her to suddenly decide the lean to was not meant for him. She didn't though, she only told him how to stay even warmer in it. It was his. He'd had nothing of his own in a long time, save for those nightmares, then today he had been given so many things. A fur hide, and clothing, and food as well as water had been shared with him, and now this den. The Vargulf couldn't even begin to comprehend how all this made him feel, but he rather liked the feeling it evoked somewhere within his confused heart.

Rea had moved to leave, leave him there with the other two. He was still wary of them, and he almost moved to grab Rea, to stop her. He stopped himself at the last minute. He was a wolf. A were wolf, a Vargulf, but even so, still a wolf. He should be strong like a wolf, besides, she had said he would be safe with her. Surely she wouldn't leave him with others if she thought they meant him harm. Right? He was frowning deeply again, then he promptly set about laying his fur in the lean to before his body soon followed. He positioned himself comfortably atop that soft fur, watching the opening of his lean to rather seriously. It was his. His territory.

He felt much more at ease inside the small structure. Even with Rea gone to refill the canteens. Safe within the bounds of his own territory, no one would enter his territory without permission and if they did he couldn't be called a monster for defending what was his. Right? Instinct told him that it was alright to defend his belongings from others. Outsiders, those not members of his pack. Still he was rather unsure if Spirit and Alryn were now members of the pack. Of course Rea was, she was the alpha, the leader and he had accepted her as such without question or hardly a thought. She was far stronger than he, he could sense it and he had accepted her offer of safety, that made her the leader of his pack.

As promised the woman was back in less then five minutes, having used her inner feline's speed to reach the river and head back. By the time she returned Red was already curled up in his lean to and she couldn't help but half smile at that. She nodded to herself and sat next to her horse a moment. She reached into her saddle bags to find some parchment and quill. She began to add in a small marking, a loose sketch of the borders showing it was a budding map of the forest. She soon had a notation for the camp and for the river. She wanted to remember this spot if she ever returned. She saw no reason not to make such maps, not that others would necessarily recognize what half the markings meant.

He felt Rea return, the way he had felt her approach earlier. The way he had felt the others approach and it wasn't a thing he could explain. Nor was it something he would even try to explain, he didn't understand it either but it didn't really matter. It was this ability that had probably kept him alive for as long as he had been. He shifted slightly, moving until he was laying slightly out of the lean to so that he could watch the others and Rea better.

Knowing she had returned had made him feel even more relaxed, but being able to actually lay his eyes on her relaxed him completely. It was the certainty that she was there, not just the guess that she might have returned, no matter how accurately he had felt the return. His instincts told him he might not always be able to trust that strange ability he couldn't explain. He was at ease now though, and completely relaxed, but still he wore a frown on his lips and he held gently to one corner of his fur hide.

((@cameo: since you didn't really have time to answer she's gonna make one for Aryln anyway xD))

Absently she wondered if the shapeshifter wanted a lean to and glanced at Arlyn. She put away her map supplies, having made the notes she wanted. She stood and finally decided to make one either way. Wouldn't hurt to have an extra one if it rained. She built a lean to for Aryln as well, or simply a place for him to dash if the rain started. 'Yours if you want it or need it later' she would say simply and pointed at him. Once she had finished that she gazed around their little camp. It would work for her...

She then headed inside her own for a moment, casting a simple spell that made a small white flower grow within it. It would give off a soft light at night that would not be seen from the outside, her powers over plant life and animals having their uses. It was one reason she could build the natural shelters so easily, the wood always shapping itself perfectly at her touch. Still, she mainly just used her powers to create the 'light' flower. It was a simple luminescence. Just enough for her cat enhanced life to see enough to work even though a human would likely simply find it only a little stronger then a nightlight. She absently wondered if anyone else would want one... Hers she could 'turn off' when she slept but the others would be stuck with it glowing all night .

((Edit: I'm entering a new character soon and cameo too *nods* so yeah, i put a more organized, detailed desc. of Rea in the first post))

He yawned rather tiredly, though he dreaded sleep. The nightmares only happened on nights surrounding and of the full moon, but still. That didn't mean they couldn't happen other nights, did it? He truly did not know much about how werewolves worked, only that he was one, not just a werewolf, but a crazy one. His frown had deepened when Rea moved from his line of sight into her own den, and he scooted back some, retreating further into his.

Would he always be like this? A creature to be feared when the sun set and the moon rose? His mind much like shambles, he could remember nothing about his past, but there were things he knew, that he couldn't explain how he knew. A hand tugged slightly at the clothing, he had put them on properly and knew he had, but he couldn't remember when last he had done such a thing. He knew that turning into the monster would most likely ruin his new clothes but he couldn't say how he knew that.

He pushed his face into the warm fur and snorted lightly, rubbing his cheek against it. The softness and warmth of it was so very comforting, like being surrounded by other furry creatures. A feeling similar to that of being surrounded by other wolves, though the fur clearly belonged to something more akin to bear than wolf. Those eyes closed and he rolled around on the fur for a few moments, the way a canine rolls on things that belong to it. Rubbing the side of his face and cheek against the fur.

Alryn watched the little dance of personal politics without a word, for it was that. The red head, nicknamed Red now, obviously saw the woman he'd been with when Alryn had first met them as the leader. He could see that, and why. She took charge easily enough. Spirit he assessed with a little less assurance. The new arrival was rather uncertain, but there was something off about her. There was a strangeness to the girl.

The amethyst haired man snapped from his thoughts and smiled. "Thank you, I appreciate it." Staying was a risk, but what wasn't in the forest? As the woman, Rea, disappeared in her own shelter he shot Spirit a glance. "I'll be following their example, so have a good night." He shuffled around and bent down to peek into Rea's shelter. "Thank you again, and good night."

The shapeshifter moved to Red's lean to, and poked his head into the space cautiously with a smile. "Good night Red." That simple task done, the gold eyed man clambered into his own shelter. The ground was comfortable enough, true, but it still wasn't the best. With a glance all around, Alryn made his hair lengthen and become thicker so he could use it as both bed and blanket. Once he was all rolled up, he sighed happily and simple stared out at the forest he could see.

Spirit watched as the others retreated to their shelters.Truth be told, she had kind of wanted a lean-to,but she was afraid of being in a place where she couldn't see all around her.Shifting to her wolf form,Spirit curled up in the center of the three shelters, next to the fire pit.Even though she was the size of a small pony in this form, she still felt small and defenseless.

Being in the lean to made him feel rather secure. It was closed off, which made it difficult for anything to see him and he felt rather confident he could guard the entrance of it fairly well. He would just gouge the eyes out of whatever threatening face decided to plop itself in his den. Right now that face seemed to be Arlyn's, and that face wasn't very threatening. Well, it really wasn't threatening, but the Vargulf was still wary of the male. So when that head had somewhat popped into his den, he had stopped his rolling around on the fur almost immediately, and just watched the other with a warning look in his eyes. He relaxed when the other only bid him good night and retreated from his space, the Vargulf resumed rolling on his fur for a few more moments before he curled up somewhat around himself and closed his eyes. He told himself that he wouldn't sleep the whole night, that he would stay alert because of these strangers, but soon he was drifting to sleep. Feeling safe in his den, and feeling safe at the nearness of Rea.

Rea
Rea would stay up most of the night, sleeping no more then four hours on any given day. The night just got her too hyped up and the day was needed for hunting. She had other reasons to sit and think tonight, however, listening to the other three as they moved around and eventually slept. At one point she would get up and end up covering Spirit with a fur, flicking it on her with one motion before walking away without a word. She would also place a fur over Aryln as the night had gotten cold. She tossed it over him in a similar matter without really looking at how he was curled up. She'd already figured he was inhuman and saw no reason to tell him so. He would reveal it or he wouldn't. She would then return to her own lean to, not even noticing or caring if Spirit or Aryln woke up. She was too tired really by that point and soon had curled up asleep on top of her fur.

***The Next Day***

She awoke with the sun, it's warmth beckoning the feline in her. She purred softly, only to frown as the sound pulled her from the comfort of her half asleep dozing. She hated lapsing into cat or any other animal persona in her, simply always seeing it as a failure of her self control. She shook her head and slowly pulled herself out of bed to begin to make breakfast for the motley assortment she seemed to have gathered. It was simple fair, mainly bread and dried meat again but it would be filling. She waited for the others to smell it and awake. She gazed up at the sky, thinking absently it looked a little cloudy but it was hard to tell through the trees. As she did so she heard a distant sound that if she were human she might have missed. Odd....

Name: Viola
Apparent Age: Early Twenties
Height: 5'6
Natural Skin Markings or Birthmarks:Purple tribal style wings on her shoulder-blades, Purple stars on her right ankle.
Clothing Style: Though she is known to wear random costumes as pictured on occasion she tends to dress in flowing, silk cloth that make one think of a belly dancer or Arabian princess. She also likes to wear jewelry and to wear the higher part of her hair up in a ponytail held by a ribbon. Deep hlues, greens, purples and golds are her favorite colors to wear. She also lovers flowers and frequently wears them in her hair. She looks soft, feminine, and sweet which matches her nature perfectly.

Vivi was gazing at a flower, an unusual delicate yellow thing that seemed to almost float because of how well it's vines blended into the bark. It almost looked like fireflies to her, the way they appeared to hover and seemed bell like in shape. A bright pink butterfly then landed on it, almost flicking her hair with how close it passed. She gasped in a soft breath, her deep purple eyes wide with delight and surprise. The sound startled the creature and it flew off, causing her to frown. She glanced towards her companion who seemed more interested in some prints on the path they also now stood on.

"Aren't they pretty Ly?" She asked in a near whisper, her voice quiet and gentle. She knew the butterfly was gone but part of her hoped it would come back. It would be a lovely thing to paint and she wanted to see it just one more time. Then again that was just her carefree nature, to think of butterflies in a place such as this. She skipped a lightly closer to him, her sandled feet seeming to float for how lightly she stepped. She tapped his shoulder to get his attention, a warm smile on her face. She wasn't worried, Ly would figure everything out! He always did.

The Vargulf slept, as he often slept rather deeply and comfortably when there were no nightmares to plague him. He knew they would come soon, in a few days or so. Whenever the moon was close to being full, they were worse when the moon was full. He woke with a yawn, stretching a bit and rolling around for a moment. Enjoying the warmth and softness he had woken to. Those red eyes opened, and he looked around for a moment, at first unsure but slowly he recalled the events of last night. He laid sprawled out on his back for a little while before hunger slowly brought him out of his den.

Cautiously he moved towards Rea, and crouched down near her. Not to close and not to far, but close enough to grab anything she might hand to him. He hoped she had more food for him, the food she had given him last night had been good. Those eyes shifted this way and that, looking for the others to see if they were still here and awake, it wasn't just for them he was looking for though. He could almost feel others, somewhere not too far away, the way he had sensed these people before. In that way he couldn't explain, in the way that was tied more to his elven heritage than his Vargulf one. His body had tensed slightly.

Alryn shifted, yawned and mumbled softly in her sleep. Sometimes that happened when she dreamed, her body changed into the likeness of who she dreamed herself as. The woman glanced at herself, sighed, and then shifted back to the form her companions knew. It wouldn't do to startle them with his abilities.

The young man stretched, then crawled out of the shelter. He offered a bright smile to everyone. "Good morning, how did everyone sleep?" Alryn stood and ambled nearer to Rea and Red. "I can go get us food, if you'd like." He had quite the stash laid away in his cave, and didn't mind sharing at all.

Lynae peered at the ground, green eyes searching for traces of the crazed wolf he'd heard of. He glanced up when he felt a light tap on his shoulder. It took him but a moment to recall softly spoken words, only half-heard."Yes, they are. There should be more around in a forest like this, but remember you need to stay close." Dangers lurker all around, and the innocent girl would only get into trouble if left alone to her own devices.

The cinnamon skinned man froze when he caught sight of footprints, leading to a camp. There was one, two, three little lean tos and a large wolf just lying there. No wait, there was a woman and a red haired man as well. It was strange to see so many people gathered together in a place the locals feared.

"I have some already. Want some?" She said simply as she turned her body slightly so he could see the warmed breed and the dried meat between it and the melted cheese. She had made one of the sandwich looking things for each person it seemed, with her particuliar herbal spread on hers and Red's. She wasn't sure how the other two would react to the soothing herb, no matter how common and harmless it was. She simply waved towards them to indicate them before she held out one to Red. She wondered when he'd realize he could calm down....

"Here Pup." She said simply as she held out one the food to him. Once he had taken it from her she would turn to her own meal. She could sense eyes on her but for now did nothing, the calm hunter as always. If it was something to be concerned with it would show itself. So she nibbled on her meal, quite content to wait.

"I know I know, I'll be good." She responded in a tone that sounded a little sad at being reproached. Still, she knew he only did it for her own good as always so she didn't say anything. Instead she simply turned to see what he was looking at. She could sense their magic, being made from magic herself. There was alot over there... she wondered what they were and what they could do. She shifted from foot to foot, wanting to go meet them as she was a naturally curious person. It did not occur to her that they wish to harm her, and if it had she would simply have decided Ly would handle it.

"They have such pretty, glittery magic auras.... can we go over and say hi?" She asked as she turned back to him. She looked up at him with puppy dog eyes a moment, both her dainty hands on his arm. She couldn't help the excitement in her voice, anything new always exciting her. This whole world was a strange new place to her.... for despite the knowledge she had there was little she remembered of her own. What memories she had were the ones formed with Li when he'd awoken her from some magical slumber on accident a year ago. Who she was before that she didn't know or particuliar care. She was having too much fun with ly after all!

He let his eyes wander over the others for a few moments, almost warning them to stay away from his food when Rea handed him a sandwich, then he took the sandwich rather quickly, keeping a wary eye on Alryn as he gobbled down the sandwich quickly. It was so good. Just the one she had given him yesterday. That sandwich was gone in a matter of moments, then he licked his lips, and was working on licking his finger tips as he moved a little closer to Rea, sniffing gingerly in her direction. As if looking for another.

"..I can have another...please?" He spoke the question a bit timidly, though the closer he moved to Rea the more he seemed to relax. There was something so comforting about her presence, but she was the alpha, her presence should be comforting to her pack mates. Tentatively, he nudged her shoulder with his face, sniffing lightly at her. As if she had another sandwich hidden in her clothes. Animal instinct dictated his actions, and he truly didn't see anything odd or unusual with the way he was acting.

Spirit woke up with a flick of her ears. Her nose twitched a little as the scent of food reached her,and she sat up.She noticed the fur covering her, sniffed at it and realized that Rea must have put it over her sometime during the night. She stood and shifted back to human form, only to find that her clothes had finally given way.She was completely nude. Not that she knew it was odd at all.Without a thought, she stepped forward."I smell food...? She asked tentatively.

Alryn settled down beside Rea and Red. He snatched up one of the sandwiches and began munching on it thoughtfully. Now what was it exactly with these two? He didn't know what the woman was, though there was definitely something odd about her.

"Thank you for the food. And it seems like someone else is looking for some." He chuckled a little and reached out to poke the redhead's shoulder very lightly. "Hey, what should I call you?" He wondered why the other man acted so strange, but that was just normal in the forest.

Lynae had to smile, just a little, at her antics. The expression faded into one of suspicion as he observed how the little group acted with each other. They seemed alright, but appearances could be deceiving.

"Alright, but stay by my side.. Understand Vi? They could be dangerous." The cinnamon skinned man stepped forward then, and resisted the temptation to wrap a protective arm around his companion. She was so innocent ... Shaking his head, the long limed man approached the camp. He didn't greet anyone, he was sure Vivi would take care of that adequately enough for them both.

Rea
Rea handed Red another one with a smile, surprised. Oh well at least he was calming down. She had made a couple extras anyway, not sure of everyone's appetite yet. She had started to reach for one when he started nuzzling but paused briefly. She glanced towards him, raising an eyebrow. Pack bonding rituals including such gestures were not rare as they were simply the instinct of the wolf. Some particularly wild and free roaming packs that made their own societies separate from others even greeted each other by stroking their cheeks against one another. It was harmless enough and no different then a hand shake for a therian so she saw no reason to react to it. She simply smiled and handed him a sandwich after touching his head to show him the gesture was acceptable.

"You can have one if you want spirit." She said simply to the other woman as she approached. She waved to the small flat stone that held the remaining sandwiches. She didn't know if the other woman would want one but she'd made ehr one. Werepire's always had the most unpredictable diet... but then again no two werepires were the same so it was not a surprise. Some took more from the therian, some the vampire, and yet some seemed to create something new all together. Which one Spirit was did not particularly concern her. Then again very little concerned her, as controlling her emotions controlled her beast. So, she simply focused herself on Aryln as he spoke after offering the sandwich without another thought.

"No problem. Not that much more work to make food for everyone as one. And yes, I imagine they'll make their way over when they feel like it." Was her rather bland reply to the other male. Still she did give Alyrin a smile before returning her attention to her food. She would only look up once the two had approached. The girl looked like a living bluebell flower she thought absently but said nothing else but her nickname to introduce herself.

"Call me Rea"

Quote:
Vivi
"I will!" Vi responded happily, wrapping her arms around one of his. She nearly skipped lightly next to his side, her flowing scarf skirts flaring slightly from the motion. Her gold looking jewelry seemed to sway as she moved, making one think it should jingle and ring but somehow it stayed silent. It was the magic of her nature, and an odd necklace she'd appeared with. She had been nude except for the necklace but it formed clothing and jewelry once she painted a picture of an outfit and 'stored' it within the glittering choker's gemstone. This one had been gathered from a wall mural in the tomb she'd been found in... after the orb that had her hidden within had shattered anyway. She loved the outfit as it allowed the sun and moon to reach much of her body, leaving her belly and arms bare. The light always felt so good on her form, though she wasn't sure why. She was much more concerned with their present situation, however, then her past. The present and the hope of the future just seemed so much more interesting! Just like these people! She released his arm once they got there in order to introduce them.

"Hi! I'm Viola but you can call me Vi or Vivi. This is Lynae, He's my best friend. It's truly a pleasure to meet you all!" She said to the four there, excited clearly. She smiled warmly at them all and gave them all a rather old fashioned bow. It was a foreign bow, lost to time that involved putting one's hand behind their back and making a slight gesture with the other as one bent at the waist nearly to the ground and muttered a phrase. The phrase roughly translated meant 'Good travels and health to you'. Of course, few knew the dead language and Vi only knew it from the walls of where she was stored. She had forgotten most else in the orb, but still could vagule remember reading the tomb walls and old tales from the dead culture. Tales of a beautiful wide world she dreamed of discovering. Now that she did at Linea's side she could not be happier.

He watched Alryn warily when the other came near to him and Rea. He was still unsure if this person should be considered a member of the pack or not. The Vargulf had relaxed greatly, but that shattered rather easily, with such a simple touch from Alryn. An unexpected touch was a very unwelcome thing for the Vargulf since it came from someone he hand not yet really accepted as a trusted member of his pack. The light poke elicited a warning snarl from the Vargulf, his body tensing and he shifted slightly away from Alryn.

Warning look in his eyes, he had moved slightly away, but not so far from Rea that her hand wouldn't reach him. The pat on his head seemed to calm him a little, then he took the offered sandwich from her. Those red eyes not leaving Alryn until the strangers approached. So many strangers. So many people. With a warning growl the Vargulf turned and disappeared into his den. Wrapped in the safety it offered him, there he would devour his sandwich, while he sat on the fur hide and stared out the entrance of his lean to at the others. Wary and unsure. Rea would keep him safe, of that there was no doubt, but now he actually had a place to hide in, a place to retreat to when the situation was rather overwhelming.

He smiled at Rea, glad to know he was making somewhat of a good impression on her. His good mood was shattered soon enough though.

The sound of a snarl had him snatching his hand back with an apologetic look. He hadn't meant to elicit such a reaction, and didn't quite know why it had happened. Alryn coundn't help but feel confused, and a little upset. He looked to Rea, biting his lower lip. "Did I do something wrong?" Really, he'd only been trying to be friendly.

Gold eyes glanced at the lean to where the Vargulf had retreated to. He hadn't meant to upset the other man; Alryn just wanted to be friends. His attention flitted away to rest on the new arrivals, though his thoughts still rested with the mistake he thought he'd made. "I'm Alryn."

Lynae crossed his arms, watching the little scene unfold warily. He would need to be extra careful of the wild looking red head. The sounds coming from the man had been far too animalistic for his liking.

Instead of speaking, he moved to stand protectively by Vi's side. He didn't quite know why he was so quiet, it had always been that way. Perhaps it was due to his particular abilities. Most animals didn't like too many noises, it frightened them away. He tilted his head in thought. The redhead seemed far more animal then one might expect. Was he perhaps the thing he'd tracked to this spot? Only time would tell, he supposed.

"Right now his mind is still waring between wolf and man... so he'll do that. You did nothing wrong. He's just more wolf then man right now, Probably the nearness of the moon...." She responded with a wave of her hand towards the male as she watched Red retreat. She saw no reason to hide what he was.... it would keep people from doing anything foolish during the full moon. She could handle it of course if he did but being she'd be a little testy during that time too she was not looking forward to it. Still she couldn't worry about it now. So she shrugged and glanced to the new comers. She raised an eyebrow at the male. Protective wasn't he? She did wonder at their reaction to the other therian so watched them perhaps a little closer.... after all for a moment there she actually didn't look bored.

Vivi
Vi stood closer to Ly as the man reacted, puzzled more then frightened. He acted like a wolf or other animal not a man. Why became apparent as the other woman spoke. She vaguely remembered a tale involving animals and the moon. A..... hmm.... what did the call them again? Werewolves, that was it, wasn't it? She blinked a moment, debating inwardly. She decided he was and instead of growing scared actually smiled. A werewolf! She'd never seen one before.... She always wondered if the moonlight would look different when it touched them.

"Alryn, that's a pretty name. I like it! I wanna call you Ryn now, is it okay if I call you Ryn? Everyone here seems so magical.... I'm sure lots of fun things will happen." She asked in an excited tone. She was cheerful and absolutely exstatic. She seemed, in fact, like she wanted to reach out and hug the group assembled. Maybe she should paint them all? She loved to paint.... of course she'd have to be careful if she did.
