Jae watched her swing her duffel bag off her shoulder and grabbed a gun among other things. He most certainly was shock, just who was she? When she dashed off, it took him a second or two to decide if he wanted to follow her. He didn't know anything about her, but what reason would she have to turn a gun on them especially with what is going on. Jae took off after, keeping a eye out for anyone or anything coming in there direction. He stopped when she stopped to take aim at one of those things infront of her, he knew what she was going to do so he kept Mio's head buried in his shoulder but that didn't stop her from trying to peer around to see what was going on and what that noise was.

When she started walking again, he made sure to follow her without hesitation this time, but he did make sure to look at that... thing on the floor while passing. Jae didn't want it lunging at him, he didn't quite understand it but he had a feeling you didn't want them biting and not just for obvious reasons. When they finally reached the baggage claims area, he could see lung was knocked all over the floor even some items from luggage, and among all that blood here and there. He scanned the seats closet but didn't see anyone. Jae looked over to the girl he was with but saw her walking off, he looked behind her and he relieved at what he saw. He jogged after her but slowed down as he caught up with her, as they got closer Jae inspected the two man that were next to his brother, they didn't seem to be bleeding or anything so he assumed they were normal and not crazed. He left out a sigh of relief just before the girl pulled him over there.

He didn't get a chance to say anything but he did nod, and looked behind him when he heard a blood curding scream.

Tyler looked over in the direction where he heard a new voice. His eyes seemed to widen when they laid upon his brother and sister. "That's him, and my sister." He examined his brothers face, then looked at the back of his sister since she had her face buried. "Can you believe they're shooting a movie here, it's exciting." He did feel alittle disappointed when the other people he just met wanted to leave. This could be their only chance to get to be in a movie. Tyler was going to say something else but changed his mind when he saw the bandaged go and talk to the guy hes been sitting next to. What's wrong with him? He wondered as he looked up to Jae who had came over to stand next to him. But his attention was snapped away by what looked possibly like some undercover cop.. that was exciting. Were they going to be in the movie.. like extras? Tyler looked over along with the other group to see the man shoot at the windows and burst the glass outwards. It looked pretty cool.

Tyler could feel his brother gently pushing him along as he headed for the guy with the gun, following the man who had the staff. The boy followed but looked back him to see if the others were coming, and they were. Why wouldn't they? They get to be in a scene in the movie. Once in a life time opportunity here.

Sabrina's heart immediately jumped to her throat when the little brother still claimed this was a movie. God this must be traumatizing for a child, she thought. She didn't know if it was best to tell it to him straight or lie. Her father had never elaborated anything with her, especially because of her mother's own delusions. She knew the real choice was up to the older brother, but he had said nothing so far.

Her eyes were big naturally, pretty green orbs that blinked behind dark lashes, but they seemed frozen wide open in shock as she took in the scene before them. Soon enough what she assumed to be a security guard or Air Marshall yelled at them to hurry up, and she wasn't going to disobey.

"I think we're extras, kid. And our part right now is to follow that tall man and run out the windows, OK? It'll be easy, I promise, I'm an entertainer," she said quickly. The last thing they needed was the kid freaking out. Not only would it draw more attention, but how would they handle that? She she decided to elaborate the truth a bit. She was an entertainer, that was true, but she was a dancer and not an actress. But no one knew that right now.

She glanced back at the bandaged man, just what were those bandages for she wondered, and nodded. "The more the merrier," she murmured half sarcastically. If they didn't die and could get out, that would be great, but she had to look out for herself too. She wasn't going to be a straight edge movie hero and make sure everyone got out first, what was the point of that. She couldn't save anyone if she was dead anyways.

"Try not to take a lot, it'll slow you down," she reminded their makeshift group. The comment was mostly towards the man holding the guitar case, but she wasn't going to tell him to outright leave it. That wasn't her place.

Some of the others began to make their way to the window and she did too. She did make sure the kids were in front of her and stayed close behind the little boy to make sure no one tried to get him from behind. She figured now was the time for the action background music to start, but the only chorus she heard was the continuous screaming and growls.

Every few steps someone would begin making their way towards them. A man tried to grab her gun from her, it was a man twice her size and sweating so profusely she could smell it, but she elbowed him in the face, hard, and watched him stagger backwards and fall promptly on his ass. Immediately after she shot one of those... things heading towards them, moving slower than normal pace. It's slightly reduced speed didn't make it any less terrifying as it gurgled something inaudible and got closer, leg dragging in a severe limp. She shot its other working leg and it screeched out in pain.

When they were at the windows she peered down. They were on ground level, but the building was still elevated. It would be an easy drop for her, she was agile and it wasn't more than a few feet, but it would be harder for the kids. So she nodded a thanks at the Air Marshall who was still shooting away and swung her legs over the sill of the window. She bent her knees as she jumped, landing squarely on her feet and straightening back up. She tucked her gun into the back of her jeans and reached her arms up.

"Come on, hand the little ones to me," she ushered the tall male she had been helping. She tapped her foot in impatience as she realized the outside wasn't much better. Car horns going off, loud yells mixed with human cries for help and inhuman screams that made her ears ring.

Harry

He took hold of the pistol in both hands, and squeezed off two shots to finish of the security guard, this time hitting him twice in the forehead, the body falling backwards over a bench, the old man eater stumbling over the guards legs.

He glanced one more time to the other group, and could see some were making towards him 'thank god they weren't going towards the crowd' he thought, he took aim towards the fallen eater. The group began to file past him towards the now open window. Harry stepped towards the old man on the ground, and dispatched the thing before it rose, with a shot to the back of the head as it bowed over.

He waited until most of the group were through the window, and that the young children had been passed through, before turning himself and began to pick up pace jogging towards the shot out window. Glass crunching underneath his boots, he adjusted his step just before he reached the lip of the metal frame, getting ready to put his left leg down and push himself forward. Instead his boots skidded across the floor, trying to stop and keep his balance, as a small group,of these attackers careered in front of him, seemingly to make their way thorough the window too. Harry let rip with his pistol firing his remaining rounds in his magazine bursting through the things in front of him, several falling others spinning around or almost ignoring the hits. he grasped for his remaining magazine, instead he clasped his baton. Almost instinctively he spun it out, it extending as he swung it at the nearest opponents face, it making contact with a sickening crunch, as the jaw broke.

Harry scrambled backwards, and saw to his right a straight stairway, he ran toward it running through broken glass where other windows had been shot out by stray bullets, he jumped up several steps at a time, holstering his pistol. Glass raining down as someone else somewhere fired and a square above him blasting out. That's when he saw it, a metal girder ledge running around the wall. He made a leap for it, and barely caught a purchase, one hand at first slipping off. He hung for a split second his heart skipping a beat, he swung his legs up,and managed to get his boots over the narrow ledge and was able to get onto his knees, and scramble towards the broken window, he could see out over some kind of cantilever roof, it looked solid enough, and he scrambled onto his feet and ran across to the edge.

'There' he could see it the yellow truck he saw earlier beneath him, next to it a Catergourmet lorry parked nearby, it's high back a better target than the 30ft drop to the asphalt.

He wasn't quite as agile as he used to be, chasing drug dealers through back alleys.

He leapt through the air, trying to put his feet in front of him, aiming buttocks down, his arms flailing, windmilling to keep his balance, he landed with a thud, and almost bounced, spun off the roof of the truck, and down its side onto the road below.

'That must have looked elegant he thought to himself'

Charles

Charles waited at the baggage claim, he stood agitated and inpatient, every now and then glancing at his watch, his Audemars Piguet Watch, he had recently purchased it after his latest deal. He had encouraged a local chain of restaurant to take a loan from them in order to invest in new equipment, and of course Charles knew the equipment company had been dogged by delays, and it would take months before anything so much as a whisk would be delivered. In the meantime the chain of restaurants had struggled with repayments and interests. And of course being the nice guy that Charles was he had offered to purchase the company, and it's debts!... They had sold the company to an international franchise for massive profits.

He had endured the airplane with low life's, sweaty fat men, strange looking odd balls, even some guy with his face covered probably some kind of terrorist, and now he was probably going to be late.

He glimpsed his luggage, and pushed past some old lady to grab it quickly, he managed to knock her case out of her hand, the clasp coming undone, sending her intimate clothing across the floor and carousel , she gasped as she attempted to stop her clothes being dragged along by the machinery, managing to rip a ghastly dress in two. Charles chuckled as he quickly strode of to nasty looks and comments. He rushed to the pick up outside, and stood next to some EMT's loading a gurney into the back of a waiting ambulance. Somewhere in the distance he could hear sirens.'Too late for this guy he' thought 'where in heck was his ride?' He glanced at his watch again flashing it quite clearly. He pulled out his cell and attempted to make a call to the chauffeur company, managing only to get an engaged tone, some of those sirens drew closer. And suddenly a cavalcade of emergency vehicles and blacked out cars shot past, beeping out the way anyone else, and rushed off past out of view.

Charles was just about to call again when he heard screams from inside the terminal, people began to rush out of the building. 'What the?' Charles decided he wasn't going to stick around, but just as he was about to step, out into the road to see if he could flag down a taxi or town car. A bright yellow massport pickup almost ran him down.

"Hey what do you think you're doing? You almost killed me you turds!"

The crew from the vehicle jumped out, there was three security guards amongst the five men, they seemed to completely ignore Charles, and ran towards the building, leaving the pickup running. They had just enough time to shout to people a mixture of things like 'get moving' or 'disperse' and other very authorities things, Charles bet they loved the power he laughed, he probably made than them all put together.

Then he heard a screech as a car sped very fast past the waiting people on the curb, inside he could just about make out blood on the windscreen, and the people inside seemed to be fighting. Further down the car mounted the curb and ploughed through a crowd of people, screams and bodies sent flying.

Charles heart started to pound, a person had stumbled into the road near by, another called barely coming to a halt in front of him 'hey watchya think your doing?' The driver called out, the pedestrian ran towards the mans door, and it seemed he was trying to get the man out, but where was that blood coming from? The driver was screaming. He was attacking him somehow not carjacking him!

Charles now began to panic, him and others had now tried to flag down passing cars, that all were no failing to stop for their rides it seemed, cars taking off half full of their luggage, people still halfway in the doors, one person dragged a dozen yards by their coat.
Gunshots could be heard now behind him, glass smashing, and covering the people on the sidewalk. Charles cowered over covering his head from the glass.

He looked up and saw the massport truck sitting their no one it seemed had the idea of stealing an emergency vehicle, but Charles wasn't going to stick around. He ran towards the truck, and went to open the door. As he fumbled with the handle he heard a heavy thud nearby and the noise of fast footsteps,on broken glass behind him.

What was Jae going to do, how could he explain to his brother this wasn't a movie. It was real.. they were in real danger. He bit his lip as he pondered and followed the rest of the folks he just met with the girl who had just helped him bring up the rear, or atleast following behind him. He assumed it was to protect the little ones from the craze people. It was like they had rabies and it's speed to affect the human body was greatly increased. He shuddered to think about it.

Jae glanced to Tyler. He knew if he told the small boy the truth, not only would his hopes be dashed about a movie but more importantly he would freak out. And judging but their surroundings that would not be a good idea. He would have to him when their outside, where it should be safe. None of what's in here could be outside right? And the police would be coming any minute to things back under control.

It was decided, he'd tell Tyler about when they were outside and away from the dangerous situation. If there was any chance he'd run off, it would be okay because he wouldn't run into those crazed people. Jae heard the girl behind him shoot. He didn't dare look back, he didn't want to see it anymore, none of this. When he finally reached the window with Tyler, he peered outside. He realized then that the outside was not much better than the inside...did that mean there was no backup coming...ever? The drop from the building on the ground would be difficult for the two little ones with him, and apparently the girl knew this too, for she reached up her arms and asked for the little ones.

"Mio, we have to go okay. I'm going to give you to this nice lady."
Jae positioned her so that he could easily hold her out from him, outside so the girl could reach for her and place her on the ground beside her. After doing so he looked out beyond her to see that he was wrong, the devastating was just as bad. He just couldn't believe it. He waved Tyler over so he could hold him out for her to grab him. Jae straightened up and looked behind him one more time, to see if the guy who shot the window was coming and certainly looked that way, before jumping out the window.

Tyler was ecstatic and his idea of it being a movie was reinforced when the girl who had showed up recently with his brother and sister said that it was indeed a movie and she was a entertainer. She didn't say she was a Actress directly but she didn't say she wasn't either. Tyler put on a serious face, and all but strutted across the room on his way towards the window. He heard a gunshot rather close behind, and turned his head to behind to see that she was pointing a gun at one of those other actors. Tyler turned back around so he could see where he was going. It didn't take too long for them to reach the window that had been broken. He could hear car alarms, and maybe some screams? He wasn't too sure. He just figured this was the next scene to happen.

He watched as the girl jumped out the window, it looked a bit high, but he could handle it. He was worried about the glass though that was still attached to the frame. He wasn't quite sure if it was fake glass or the real deal. When he was thinking about how he was going to get around it, the girl asked for Jae to give her the kids. Tyler watched was he she grabbed onto Mio and placed her down. Guess it's my turn he thought as he walked over to Jae so he could pick him up and hand him over to the girl below. Once his feet were on the ground he grabbed onto Mio's hand and took two steps away so he would be out of the way of anyone else coming out.

Danni nodded at the bandaged man, squeezing his eyes shut and taking long, deep breaths--well, as deep as he could make them. He forced some thoughts into his head, constantly reminding himself that having an attack would simply make everything worse. Hell, who knew, maybe if he had an attack, the group of people would leave him behind. That was definitely one thing he didn't want happening; he wasn't near strong, or agile enough to fight off an entire mob of the creatures. A few of them? Yea, sure. But not this many. As soon as he felt his breathing and heart begin to slow down, Danni opened his eyes. He gave another short nod to the bandaged man, a way of thanking him. He wasn't fully calm, but Danni figured that this was about as calm as he'd be getting in this situation.

His eyes found their ways to the small boy who kept insisting that this was a movie set. Danni couldn't help but feel a tad bad for the kid, seeing as even he knew now that this was real... what ever "this" was. He looked over to the woman who made the comment about how much they should bring. He knew the comment was directed at him, seeing as he was gripping his case so hard that his knuckles were turning white.

Jeez, he thought with a slight sigh, I'm like a child. I need to get control. Just calm done, and regain control. Think Danni, think.

Slowly, despite every cell in his body screaming in protest, he set his guitar down. It may have been his life, but he knew that it wasn't worth carrying. Biting his lip slightly, he followed the group towards the window, where the older man had been calling them to. Danni flinched slightly at the sound of the gunshot shattering the glass.

He watched as the girl jumped through the window, looking quite graceful as she did it. He watched as the children were handed to her--ignoring his thoughts of how adorable they looked, especially the younger one. Once they were out, Danni himself gave a small jump out of the window before looking back to see the monsters starting to swarm towards the smashed window. He watched with wide eyes as a group of them all attacked one man, reaching out to him before dragging him onto the ground.

Their arms are reaching out to hold you tight he found himself unconsciously singing the song he had been listening to only a little while ago, in his head.

He shifted awkwardly, shifting his gaze away from the chaos that was going on inside to the ground. In all honesty, it was the only place that he trusted at the moment. He felt that no matter where he looked, he'd always see the same thing. Blood, guts, crying, screaming. It seemed like the perfect things to have in a horror movie, but in real life, when it was Danni himself experiencing it, he couldn't stand it.

"We need a place somewhere to hide, where they won't think to go inside, watch as your darkest fears return to life" he sang softly, and quietly enough so no one but himself could hear. The best way to calm himself down--at least, once he had gotten his heart rather and breathing back to near-normal-- was singing. It was the reason why he loved it so much.

He brought his eyes back up to the smashed window, watching some of the others hop out, before returning them back to the ground. He really didn't want to see what those monsters were doing.

Stepping out onto the shattered glass after the window was shot open for the whole group to hop out from and to land onto the surface outside. Calix had only leaned over the ledge to take a look at how far the jump was going to be if he wanted to touch the ground. Noticing as how it was just a minor jump to the ground that was doubtful to do any actual damage to the body, the bandaged male took no hesitation to hop off the ledge and let his white and black sports shoes hit the ground smoothly. With the sound of rapid footsteps crunching against the shattered remains of the glass on the floor, Calix had watched as to how the older male from earlier had ran off in a separate direction to go do something. For someone who looked much older than everyone else in the group, he seemed to be quite quick on his feet.

Curious as to whether the man was planning something on coming back and helping out the others with them escaping or not. Right as he had thought about it for a moment, the sound of yet another person jumping out of the window had caught his attention. The woman who had helped the young boy find his brother along with the brothers and young girl coming out of the windows was soon seen as well. Then the next seemed to had finally been the male that Calix instructed to keep calm about the situation going on.

Was everyone out yet. He wondered to himself as he kept his gaze at the broken window for a bit longer; his thoughts on his own surroundings at the moment were completely offtrack for the time being. It wasn't till he had heard several more gunshots going off and the sound of people screaming yet again did he realize what was going on still around him. Outside, seemed almost completely worse than compared to within the building. Those things; they were even breaking through car windows, eating away at innocent beings faces and other body parts.

By the time the others had been out, he had taken a look at the others around him; almost as though he were waiting for one of them to come up with a plan first. "So...now what?" He questioned the others around them, looking around the area to see if they could possibly take one of the vehicles around them to make an escape; seemed almost a bit dangerous. However, running would tire them out sooner or later and it didnt look like they were going to have much time to ever get so much as a break to catch their breath.

Sabrina easily lifted the kids down, setting them gently on the ground and glancing over them to make sure the glass hadn't scratched them. They looked fine and only after making sure they were OK did she check herself. She felt a small warmth sliding down her cheek and lifted her fingers to her face. She wiped something wet away and glanced at it. It was a little bit of blood, not too bad, but apparently some of the shattering glass had scratched the left side of her face. She'd probably have a minimal scar, but she didn't need stitches.

She wiped her bloody fingers on her pants and watched everyone else climb down. The man that had glided them out of the window had apparently taken a different route and she saw him jump out of a higher up ledge and land on the roof of a truck, not so gracefully to say the least. But it had worked and he was down on the ground with the rest of them an instant.

"What now," the bandaged man asked and she felt put on the spot. She was good at being in control but she had never been in a situation even somewhat similar to this. She peered around to look for a hiding spot or get away vehicle, but her train of thought was broken as a body tumbled out of the window they had just exited. It obviously wasn't one of them, but much worse. It was already bloody and bruised with a jaw that seemed to hang a little too loosely for normal. After its fall from the window, which, by the way it landed, should have caused the neck to break, it was even more disfigured and all the more horrifying. Now its neck was bent at a crooked almost 90 degree angle, but as it rose up awkwardly from its fall, it locked its sight on them.

"Follow me," she said and turned around, grabbing the little boy's hand, who was holding the hand of his sister, and gingerly tugging them along with her as she started to run. She had noticed a business man struggling with opening the door of a large truck, what kind she wasn't sure, but it could definitely hold all of them. She wedged her away between him and the door and yanked it open. He must have been freaking out trying to open it because she got it open on the first try, but she didn't blame him.

She stared at him for a moment, waiting for him to say something. Finally she broke the weird stare. "Well, what are you waiting for? Get in," she ushered him and gave him a slight shove. It seemed to have seats behind the front bench, which meant more room for their group. But it would still be a tight squeeze. She waved her hand for the others to hurry up and get in. They didn't need to be wasting time.

Somehow the cannibalistic creature that had broken its neck was close to her. It must have veered around the group and headed towards them. But it wasn't looking at her. Its broken body and bloody teeth seemed to have the kids as their target. She pushed them behind her and closer to the truck and took aim, shooting square in the forehead. It was close enough to wear some blood spattered on her shirt and she almost vomited.

((Sorry it's a little short))

Harry

He stood up and dusted the small splinters of glass off him as best he could, he had landed pretty close to the young group, he stood up in time to see the girl in the group push a guy in towards the truck, quite rapidly behind her one of these eaters came through the window towards her, with a shove she managed to put the children behind her and shoot the thing. Tearing through it. He paused a second thinking, 'hmm impressive'

"Get in the bloody truck and stop playing target practice... hope to god this isn't happening in the whole city? But hey! A town full of lunatic degenerates attacking each other uncontrollably... Just another weekend!"

Harry loaded his last magazine into his pistol, and took aim towards the window, he glanced over his shoulder waiting for the rest to squeeze into the seats.

"Right who drives stick?"

---------- Post added 12-14-2013 at 10:57 PM ----------

Charles

As he went to open the door he hear the noise behind him and turned startled, thinking it may be some of these crazies, what a sorry bunch he thought to himself
"Well, what are you waiting for? Get in," she shouted at him, and gave him a shove
'What a bitch' just as he opened his mouth to vocalise his views he was bundled further into the car

"What do you think you're doing this is my ride! Get out!"

Harry

Harry heard the man start shouting at them as they got into the truck, the guy was pushed behind the rear seats to the rear compartment sitting on top of tools and tarpaulin.
He starred at the guy, and frowned at him, calmly lifted his weapon, and pointed it at the man before speaking very slowly and calmly.

"See here, my boots cost a few more dollars than I'd like to spend, so I'd rather not walk too far in them, and ruin the leather work, if I did it may make me upset, would you want to upset a man with a gun mister?"

The other guy seemed to stutter and cowered further back.

"How hospitable of you" Harry commented sarcastically

(( Forgive me for the uneventful short post ))

Tyler and Mio looked around, watching the events unfold before them. "It's a movie, you know. And we get to be in it, which means we're going to be on T.V.!" He exclaimed to his little sister as the last of their group came through the window. Tyler was going through facial expressions, he was trying to perfect them. But all that did was just make Mio laugh at him for making funny faces. But their little glee didn't last too long when there was a nasty thud not too far from them.

Just before he could really look at what cause the sound the lady told them to follow and grabbed his hand. And of course Mio followed because she was still holding onto to his hand. Tyler looked at the truck when they stopped, were they suppose to all fit in this ? He wondered as he sized it up while the Lady got the truck open and was dealing with the one that was already there.

Tyler figured it was time to get inside the truck since that weird looking business man got pushed inside, he tugged his sister along and had one foot in the van when the lady pushed him and his sister behind her more and let out a gunshot. Did prop guns have to be so loud? he asked as he decided to let Mio get in first this time, but not before he noticed her covering her ears with a sad look on her face. Once she was in he got in, and they both climbed over the front bench and got in the back.

Jae walked over to his little brother and sister, and took a deep breath. It looked everything was going to hell, he so hoped this was an isolated incident. He rubbed his face with one hand as he looked over to the guy who hand bandages all over the lower half of his face. What now? We get out of here is what now! But where would we go? How would we get there... well.... He thought as he looked up towards the window to see a body fall and land in a awkward way. "Well.. we should get to the Ted Williams Tunnel of course.." He said hurriedly as the body slowly began to raise. The moment the girl spoke up, he replied "You don't have to tell me twice" And went after her and the kids, cautiously looking around. Looking out for danger.

Jae might not have any weapons like a gun but he knew some self defense, and that should be enough to handle two of them or at the very least one of them if any decided to sneak up on them. When they reached a vehicle that look to have a freaked out business guy pulling on the door trying to get it open. Jae couldn't help but laugh when the girl pushed him aside and opened the door in one try.

It didn't take long before the window jumper came shuffling around the group and headed for what looked like... Jae started to freak out, he wasn't quite close enough, but thankfully the girl pulled out her gun and shot the damn thing. With a sigh of relief he jogged the rest of the distance. When he got there he noticed the security guy from before was telling them to get into the truck. Jae slipped inside and and sat on the front bench, the seat directly behind the passenger seat. But he changed his mind when he thought about that guy who they pushed into the back and hopped in the back with the kids and him.

He leaned over the front bench when the air marshal hand asked who drives stick. Jae was no pro at driving stick but he had been learning. But in a situation like this they needed someone who drive it, but if they didn't have anyone he would have to try his best. "I don't...but I've been learning?"

While waiting for anyone within the group of people to come up with an idea of where or let alone what they were supposed to do now that they had gotten out of that building, only to come to find out that outside wasn't any better. The thought of how the last time Calix had arrived in America compared to this time had been a bit strange to him, this was obviously not something normal that was supposed to happen and it was sure as hell that this was no movie scene going on. The blood that had been splattered around, the screaming of pain and the sound of tearing flesh was all too real. With this thought in his head of how people were acting around in one spot at the time being, it had brought up many questions to him if this was also happening in other places nearby here. It had seemed almost impossible to believe that something like this was happening at the airport and it would go unnoticed.

Unaware if this was only happening in this state or not, Calix had began to think about it through for a moment. The one thing that had caused him to snap out of his thinking was from the sound of what seemed like a nasty fall behind the group. Turning his head over his shoulders to see what had caused the falling, it looked to be what seemed like a disguised monstrosity like the rest of them. However, the sight of this one had looked much more disfigured with how it's head was bent back the way it had been.

When the woman had stated to follow her before taking the hand of the young boy who held onto his younger sister's. The dark-haired male hadn't wasted much time to rush over and follow the woman as she had instructed them all to do. Throughout the whole time he had followed the group, Calix had kept turning his eyes over towards the chaos going on them; he couldn't really blame the people to be panicking so much at this kind of chaos going on around them. Calix was able to stay calm since even though he hadn't been through this type of intense chaos, it wasn't like he hadn't trained just as hard to the point that most people would be panicking about the things he had to go through.

Finally as the group had reached what looked like a vehicle they could use to get out of this area quickly. Calix had watched as to how the woman spoke to the man to force him into his own vehicle, he had simply shaken his head for a moment as he watched to how the older male from earlier decided to appear out of nowhere. Watching as to how he had helped himself into the vechile with the children as well, Calix had awaited for the others to get in before slipping into the back seats himself. Turning his head over toward the side which showed the window, he had been able to see as how one of those monsters were trying to pry at the window. So with just a few moments he had, he rolled down the window to jab his entire right elbow down onto the hand of the creature before rolling the window back up. At least, that would keep the thing from being able to pry or tear off anything with it's hands.

Harry heard one of the young men, an Asian looking kid, with bracelets on his arms, say that he had been learning, it didn't inspire too much confidence.

"Okay well looks like I'm driving, but someone will have to make a call for me?"

Harry quickly holstered his pistol, and with the same agility pulled out his cell phone, a cheap very basic looking thing, and played quickly with the phone, pulling up the contacts screen and tossing it to then young man that spoke, the screen had F.A.M.S.H.Q as the name. Harry hoped that he wouldn't get an engaged tone again, maybe the phone lines were overrun, if that was the case maybe this wasn't isolate to the airport.

"Call it in kid"

With that he put his foot quickly down on the clutch, and put the stick into first, before pressing the gas, and letting up,on the clutch. The truck careered off quickly, taking out the wing mirror of the car parked in front, and swerving around the large catering truck, that he had jumped down onto earlier.

"You guys may want to know my license was revoked" he called over his shoulder, before looking back forward with a grin "for speeding"

People tried to clamber onto the vehicle as they sped along, Harry couldn't tell who was an eater and who was just trying to jack them, but he had kids on this truck, and wasn't going to stop, he could see they were dragging someone in his mirror, he swerved the truck side to side to shake it off, but it seemed either determined or snagged somehow. He knew they needed to get out of the area, the closest and quickest route probably would be the Ted Williams tunnel, and took the turn for it, swinging around the turn, the wheels squealing, and the tail end clipping another parked car with its door open, ripping it off.

"Sorry you guys okay? I'm Harry Ridge, federal Air Marshal service, any of you have a lighter?"

Danni followed the woman who took the kids' hands with no protest in mind. In all honesty, he didn't care if she was leading them to their deaths, or if she actually had a good plan in mind; he just wanted to get away from the window. He wanted to at least move; he hated the feeling of being trapped here. Danni bit back a laugh as the woman opened the door to the truck easily, while the other man--a complete stranger--had seemed to be having trouble. It was nice to know that he wasn't the only one completely panicking in this situation, the man who had been having trouble with the door seemed to be panicking too. Although, Danni was somewhat surprised that most of these people were able to keep their cool. This was a completely new situation, that they had no knowledge on whatsoever. They didn't even know if it was real or fake! Though Danni was leaning towards "real".

He scrambled into the truck after the Asian boy, ignoring the fact that the woman had shot another one of those creatures. Danni figured that if he simply ignored them, the fact that they couldn't die--or so it seemed--then it would cause him to panic less. It was really the only reasonable thing he could think of. Running a hand through his hair, he let out another sigh. How many had that been today? He watched as the older man from before took the wheel, and Danni had to admit that he felt reassured. That is, until the man actually started driving. Danni had assumed that the man was a careful driver, but as soon as the truck started moving, he realized that he was wrong. He gripped the back of one of the front seats as the truck turned around sharply, causing a loud squealing sound. He watched as some of the creatures who had been attempting to clutch onto the window of the truck flew off because of that turn.

Hearing the man's question, Danni reached in one of his pockets and searched for a second before bringing out a simply black lighter. "Here," he said, handing it to the man. It was still a new lighter--he hadn't used it, because he was attempting to quit, though he had only gone a day without one so far--so the lighter was still completely full. "Where are we going, by the way?" Danni asked, regaining his composure now that they were fairly safe in truck. He slumped against the wall of the truck and stuck his hands in his pockets.

Harry took the lighter from the kid with lip piercings, placing it on the dashboard and withdrew a yellow cigar tube from his pocket, with one hand after changing into fourth, the whole time still driving at break neck speed, he placed the thick cut cigar in his mouth, and placing his elbows on the wheel, cupped the cigar and lit it. He turned slightly to avoid an abandoned car in the road, and hit the curb, taking out several parking meters, snapping at their bases like matchsticks beneath the sturdy heavy truck.
"Thankshh Kyydd" he said with his teeth barred, and tossed the lighter back
"Well, were getting the hell outta dodge son, going through the tunnel to get away from the airport, maybe get to the local police precinct or there's a nearby coastguard, that patrols the area"
He braked firmly and placed the stick into third, before grasping the wheel, and making another turn, in the distance the entrance to the tunnel could be seen, a steady flow of traffic was coming out of the unlit tunnel in the direction of the airport , but the side for westbound traffic was empty. Many cars had been abandoned, and some people were on foot
"Damn fools are going the wrong way" the thought briefly caught in his mind that maybe they weren't and were they getting out of the pan and into the fire? But they couldn't go back that was for sure.

Sabrina's heart was beating so fast and hard she was sure it was bruising the inside of her breast bone and it made the bile rise in her throat. She shuddered once more and listened to the gruff man demanding her to climb into the truck. She bit her tongue from letting out a sarcastic reply, obviously this wasn't target practice, but now wasn't the time and for once in her life she listened when someone told her what to do.

The lithe German girl crawled into the truck she had basically stolen from the businessman who didn't seem too happy with her. Grand theft auto zombie style, she thought bitterly to herself and fumbled inside the car. She slid across the front bench of seats so she was pressed up against the passenger door, jaw set tightly in place. As everyone else filed in and the doors slammed shut a few loud thuds resounded all around them as bodies hit the side of the large vehicle. Her hand flew out and hit the lock button on the inside of the car door. The locks clicked and she felt a tiny bit safer even though the car was already in motion. To strip that away, Harry, as he identified himself, mentioned his license was revoked. Great.

The Air Marshall asked for a lighter and lit a cigar thicker than her thumb. Her hand reached out quickly and grabbed the lighter from the dashboard. She fished in her back pocket for her pack of cigarettes, which was now more beaten up than it had been but she flicked the lid open and was relieved that none of the cigarettes were damaged. She plucked one of the short bodied nicotine killers out and placed it between her lips. Her hands were shaking so bad that it took her three tries to get the lighter to work. It was usually the small things that tipped her over in stressful situations but she kept her cool instead of cursing loudly, there were children in the back after all.

She inhaled heavily and closed her eyes, breathing out slowly after cracking the window just a bit to let the smoke out. When she opened her eyes she glanced around and realized no one else had introduced themselves yet, which meant she was next.

"I'm Sabrina," she said simply, her accent was heavy enough that even the four syllables were clouded with it. She ran a hand through her hair nervously, finger tips still shaking. She listened to Harry explain where they were going but she toned him out, looking straight ahead blankly as she slowly smoked.

Sitting within the back of the truck silently the entire time the large truck had basically bolted off from the airport; Calix had wasted no time to reach up to the handle of the door at the top. Grasping onto it right his right hand, he clenched onto his other hand to form a small fist; the thought of what was going on around the area and with the following sounds of the heavily armored truck slamming into the many bodies of the monstrosities, the sound of their bodies splattering across the pavement was clearly heard to him.

Biting down onto his lower lip from within his white bandages, it took nearly everything he had to not vomit at the even sheer thought of what the bodies had looked like now. Even though they were monsters now, they were still once ordinary human beings as well; it didn't change that they had organs and blood just like humans as well. However, Calix had done whatever he could to distract his mind from thinking too much about how the monsters were only becoming worse and worse by the minute.

By the time they had finally gotten away from the airport and the car had been able to straighten out a bit more, the jet blacked haired male was able to release his grip onto the handle and simply let his body sway left to the right with the way the truck had taken it's slight turns. When the male that had been driving the truck had lit his own thick cigar, the bandaged male had no choice but to cover up his mouth and partially his nose to keep any possible scents of the cigar from reaching him. It wasn't really something that affected him too much, but it was just the fact that he couldn't really stand the smell for too long. Right as he kept his hand over his own mouth, the loud continuous bumping noise of the truck breaking something metallic on the outside had caused him to bounce with the actual vehicle every time it had hit something.

Even as the male had introduced himself, Calix remained utterly silent in the backseat with his hand still over his mouth and nose. He stared forward to the windshield ahead of him, watching as to where they were headed for this entire time. Being told by Harry to the other male who handed him the lighter that they were going to be going through a tunnel, this had slightly worried the dark haired male about how much of a smart idea it was to go through a dark tunnel with these things just wondering around, looking for anything to feed their own mouths on. He didn't object to the idea however, rather he had listened as to how the next person to speak up and introduce themselves was the woman who had helped them get into this one truck.

As she had introduced herself, Calix own gaze had taken a small glimpse over towards her; only to find that she had also lit her own cigarette as well. That did it. Two people smoking? There was no way he would be able to avoid the scent now; as he moved his own hand away from his bandaged mouth, the sudden rush of blood going from his heart straight towards his throat and to his mouth had caused him to pull down the bandages right where his mouth had been. Tugging them down right below his chin, he covered his mouth once more and gave a violently bad cough. By the time he had come to a stop, Calix had made sure to pull the bandages back over his mouth and took in several heavy breathes to calm himself down once more.

Looking straight down at his hand to see the splattered blood all over his palm, the male squinted his own eyes at the fact that he wasn't getting any better. The blood had become a more darker crimson color rather than his usual slightly more clear red; the next chance they would get to go on foot where it was safe, he would need to make his herbal medicine with some water to push down these painful feelings he was getting. Although, all he was able to do for the time being was to reach into his pouch and pull out a few extra cotton paper for him to wipe off the blood from his hand. After doing so, he had cracked open his own window slightly so that he would be able to toss out the used paper before shutting it closed once more.

It appeared to be a bit calmer outside the tunnel entrance, people were slowly making their way out past them, some in cars others on foot, many carrying their worldly possessions. Many bringing all sorts of strange or expensive goods, t.vs games consoles, even some kitchen appliances. Some had bothered to remove their inflatable jacuzzi and strapped it toothed roof. This perculiar caravan was being guided by an amalgamation of authorities, police, firefighters, others in high visibility vests. no troops though, Harry thought, where are they? Surely this is some kind of biological or chemical attack, there should be military around? He slowed to a crawl now that it appeared none of those eaters seemed to be around to to cause havoc. He had heard the girl with the good aim speak up and introduce herself, and noticed her accent.

"Hallo, wie geht es ihnen?...ich spreche sehr Klein deutch... Is that right missus?" Asked back with his low raspy accent stretching his 'a's contrasting against hers.

Harry heard somewhere in the back a loud cough, and took a quick glance backwards over his shoulder, to see the kid with bandages over his face holding something in his hands, he sat back round, and realised it was blood. Harry look a bit disgruntled at first, then took the cigar from his mouth and eyed it, and spat out of the window before begrudgingly stubbing it out gently on the dash board.

"Ahh, and they always said these things would kill me"

He rested the cigar in a compartment charred end up.

"You okay kid? Who are you then?"

Jae reached out and grabbed the phone, since it was thrown in his direction. He quickly looked down at the screen to see that it said F.A.M.S.H.Q. as the phone number's contact name. He raised hi right arm and placed the phone next to his right ear. I wonder what that stands for? Perhaps Field Air Marshal Security Headquarters? he thought as he listened to the phone ring. After two rings, the older guy put the pedal to the medal as they say. He wasn't prepared for it and got tossed around alittle bit before he held onto the front bench seat.

Was telling them his license was revoked suppose to be comforting? Well it wasn't. Jae looked over to Tyler and Mio, they seemed to be holding onto each other to try and keep stable. The phone just kept ringing in his ear. Wasn't someone suppose to pick up by now? At this point he could some noise outside, but he didn't know what it was, were those things really everywhere?

Soon the vehicle took a sharp turn, wheels squealing and a loud sound as if something broke off. "...I'm okay." He spoke up, then went silent when he got through finally, but he hear something indescribable and then the line went dead. The way Harry said his name was if they were in a action movie and he just came out of some awesome car chase or he was driving away and it panned to front windshield and in the back you can see a explosion and a car flying.

Jae lowered the phone as someone handed Harry a lighter. Not too long after the huge truck hit a curb and a few other things that alarmed him. He looked out the front window to see that they were bulldozing parking meters. This guy was crazy.

Jae tried redialing the number. It started to ring again. After the first ring he got a automatic voice message about being sorry the phone he called is no longer in service. "The names Jae, the kids are Tyler and Mio.... plus I'm not getting through... the line went dead. You sure this is the right number?" He asked.

Tyler held onto his sister, waiting for the truck to get a move on. And when it did, it startled him. It felt like he was a racing car or some high speed chase.. not that he's ever been in one of course. And what fast pace car ride would be complete without bumps, sharp turns and screeching wheels? Let's not forget the breaking doors off cars or hitting curbs and better yet... knocking over parking meters like your a bowling ball and they're the pins.

And all of it was exciting and very fun for him. Not so much his sister, she looked sorta of freaked out or something. So he held her closer as they were tossed around abit in their seats. They weren't tossed around so much as their butts left their sit but they were moved around as quite abit torso and up.

Tyler was alittle concerned when two people started smoking, but decided he didn't have to worry about it since they cracked the windows abit.

Mio looked across from towards the bandaged man as he started coughing. She watched him like hawk, very intently. Was he sick? Mio pushed herself up alittle to see what was in the mans' hands because he was looking at his palm. She couldn't get a good look as Tyler pulled her back down, but she thought she saw something red in his hand.

After his loud coughing fit, the jet black haired male had taken in multiple deepened breathes from noticing as how the smell of the man by the wheel had rubbed down the head of the cigar. Even though the other woman had still seemed to had been smoking at the time being; one less person was helping his breathing through his bandages a bit more. As the large truck had continued to make it's way through the streets, the rumbling feeling of the parking meters being slammed into had finally come to a halt; although the speed hadn't really changed much.

While he had remained sitting there silently after his coughing, he had began to listen as to how one of the other males had introduced himself as Jae and introducing the two younger ones as Mio and Tyler. Hearing as to how the telephone line had been dead, Calix had eyed the male who had tried to tried to call whoever was on the phone before directing his hazel gaze towards the male in the front once again. What exactly was going on, what kind of chaos was going on in this city that even the phone lines were going dead all over.

It wasn't until the male up front had asked Calix if he was alright and who he was did he actually prepare himself to speak for the first time after getting into this truck with a group of strangers. "I am fine. Thank you for asking, my name is Calix. It is a pleasure to meet you..also, do you know of any nearby police stations or even any coastguards that might be around here by any chance?" He had informed Harry but kept silent about anymore information other than his name. Even though this man was helping them all, it didn't change the fact that he had just met all these people; the thought of telling them too much information seemed to had been unwise to him. Although the question he had asked was moreover for precaution, it was obvious enough that they couldn't just keep driving around blindly after they went through the tunnel; the truck was going to run out of gas sooner or later.

Soon his own eyes had landed upon the little girl named Mio who had eyed him after his coughing from earlier. How much had the little girl seen, hoping the fact that she hadn't seen the blood within his grasp after his coughing; Calix had clenched his hand to hide the blood that might've stained the bandages on his hand before giving her a warm smile towards her. Even though his lips weren't able to be seen through the bandages, the sight from his own eyes had obviously given it away that he had been doing his best to show a smile.

Now they had all been introduced, and they all knew each other's names apart from the older guy in the back, and the kid who gave Harry the lighter. And then Jae gave Harry the news he had been dreading. "Yer that's the right number kiddo" this meant this was big and everywhere, and the lines were either down, or overrun, and since federal lines were supposed to have priority would have to be because authorities most probably had their hands well and truly full, and it would explain that the military would be prioritising defence of important buildings or facilities. So... They probably were on their own. "So the kids your brother and sister?" The truck had reached the entrance of the tunnel, and the shadow crept overhead as they slipped beneath
The lights flickering ominously, as he turned to Calix, "yer that's the idea I guess, there's a coastguard the other side of this tunnel, the security back at the airport are gonna be a bit busy I'd recon, so I'm thinking this is our best shot, unless any of you guys have any ideas?" he didn't like the look of this himself, but the look of being eaten alive back the airport looked worse.

Danni shifted uncomfortably in the van, listening to everyone introduce themselves, as well as the conversation about where they were going. Pulling a piece of his hair slightly, he spoke, "Seeing as I'm basically the only one left... I'm Danni." He turned to look out the window of the van, not bothering to hold up any sort of conversation. He had to wonder how, and where, his friend was. Hopefully still ok. Hopefully he had gotten away safely. He really wanted to just ask if they could quickly make a stop to get him, but Danni knew that would be impossible. He didn't even know where the guy was, let alone if he was.... No. He was definitely alive. "I wonder...is this going on everywhere?" he thought aloud, still looking outside the window.

He wanted to look somewhere other than the darkness of the wall, or the yellow, flickering light. Of course, that wasn't possible either. This was why he hated tunnels. Never mind the thought of being trapped in one, but just the fact that there was really nothing to look at made the experience of going through one painful. So instead of putting himself through that torture, Danni took a chance to look around at everyone. Everyone seemed rather worried, or scared in their own way. The children didn't seem to know what was going on--and Danni had to note on how cute they looked, just because of that reason--and no one in the van seemed to want to change that. Of course, if the situation was worse than what it seemed, Danni--and probably everyone else--knew that they would have to tell the kids about what was happening. Even if they themselves didn't quite know, it was understandable that it was dangerous.
