Ahhh, I see now. I use a lot of post it notes, and sticky tabs so that I can pretend I have organised mine.

From what I see in other people nice nice journals, the sketches and notes are fully packed, but no big X.
I dont work well with sticky notes, as they always fell off or sticked too permanently. :(

Yeah, sticky notes are tricky, but it's the way I work. I don't cross things out, I add something like "(changed, see page x)" at the bottom so that if I want to use some of the idea again I can still read it.

oh, I just write that on the page itself. I use sticky notes as bookmarks, colour coding sections about world building, character development, or whatever.

I have a few black paper notebooks too.
Small ones though, some come with Korean white lines and doodles. The other are ring binded proper black book.
Just a few days ago, I came across an article showing that some cheap black paper are not 'black', more to a grey.

Bockingford. It's the most common brand to buy here, so it's not super good but it's the best one that you don't have to spend heeeaps of money on.

Yup! I love their sketchbooks. They're really well bound. Some ringbound books munch the paper, but not these.

The only one I have is produced by grandluxe. meh.
Oh! Oh, and you know about those brown color craft paper? Those are interesting color to art on too. Having the old vintage ancient feel.

I have never used that, but I know I can get it here. I might try it when I make christmas cards this year.

Nah, it's just that I can't always afford to buy people christmas presents so this is how I'm going to do it. The cards are quite cheap to make, they just take time. So when I sell them that money will go to buying some wee things for my family, it's not a business endeavour really.
I imagine that there would be different gift giving holidays in places that don't celebrate christmas? But I wouldn't know.
