The forest is your home, your safe haven and your oasis. It was that way for your ancestors generations back. The springs filled with sweet water, full of small animals to eat, caves and hollows to take shelter from the rain and peace of mind.
Until one day, a band of unwanted wolves attacks your clan. They are strong and looks as though they have been waiting for this moment.

The once peaceful forest is now filled with war, young pups have been moved to a place nicknamed " The Oasis" to grow, train and join the war.

But the evil ones seem to think they are acting for the good. Its still a mystery why the war even started in the first place.

Personality:Demanding but shy, Luna stays in the Oasis watching over the Wolves there. Her father is off as the Alpha male in the war. She loves to slumber on a hot summer day though that chance doesn't come very often. Her shy personality makes her stay in a hidden den where only her most trusted wolves can enter and hear her orders.
Bio:Luna was put to this job as her mother had died and her Father was off in the war. Her father only trusted her to keep the balance in the Oasis. As a pup she was given a high rank and this had made her very demanding and says whatever comes to mind. She believes in Elegance and Comfort often treating her companions as servants.

Looks: Though he's much younger than this, Tohrul has many of these features, though his fur is a little thicker and it's a darker red.
Personality: The silent type. Doesn't believe in rough-housing and is very serious with his rules in the pack. A strong fighter and doesn't rush into battle. Is a very calculating enemy.
Bio: Family died while fighting in the war. Tohrul doesn't miss his parents, as he wasn't very close to them, but he feels a great pain whenever his siblings come up in a conversation, on when he thinks about his past.
Family: None, though he used to have two older siblings, a brother and a sister, both a black with red underlining. They were named Tahk (boy) and Ahki (girl).
Others: Tohrul has one dark amber eye and a bright blue one, a strange discoloration.

Cold, frosty winds tore through Tohrul's thick undercoat. He shivered visibly, crouching down to avoid the onslaught. Puffs of breaths floated upwards in wispy little clouds. Watching his breath with mild interest, Tohrul let out another shuddering sigh, though not to amuse himself. Why, in late spring, was there such a chilly morning? Tohrul mulled this over in his mind as he retreated to a shallow cave, little stalactites sticking from the ceiling. Resting on his haunches at the foot of the cave entrance, the young wolf allowed his eyes to flick over the landscape before him. A startling bright amber eye and a cool, icy blue partner observed all that before them with an air of little care for his surroundings.
Though Tohrul was only 10 months old, not even a yearling, he was incredibly precocious for one his age. Already losing his entire family in the ongoing war, that he himself was currently training for, Tohrul had seen his family murdered before his very eyes, and that was enough to make anyone forget his normal, playful wills and set their mind on revenge. Tohrul didn't care much for his parents, as they were very distant and separated from their young, his two older siblings were his world, the two main cornerstones in his life. Therefore, it was much more than losing his kin and that feeling of hopelessness when his family was killed, and several months after the massacre that caused the war, Tohrul traveled to the Oasis, and found his place there.
Breathing in deeply through his nose, the strange youth suddenly stood up on four slim, supple limbs, and stretched leisurely. Shaking his pelt briefly, then, Tohrul ran outside, down towards a worn path. Passing a few more small, jagged caves, the handsome wolf bounded around his territory.
"Luna? Luna, where are you?" Tohrul called out in a strong voice, a little bit of an accent to it and slightly deep.

Luna awoke from her slumber, her breath fogged up in the cold air. Someone was calling her from the outside of the cave. Shaking herself awake she Staggered out to the mouth of the cave and peered around. It was even colder outside than it was inside. Spotting a wolf Running to and fro calling her name, Luna leaped up in front of him and said in her most bossy voice " What do you want?" she was still mad at him for waking her up.

Snowflake ran around in the snow. She loved it. She rolled around making wolf angels.

Tohrul twisted his back sharply so he stood before the alpha female. Luna's white form trotted towards him, and for a moment he observed the way she moved, any unusual quirks that might show. And then her voice broke into his thoughts. Luna's voice was commanding, and arrogant. Muscles twitched in Tohrul's face, bringing his lips unconsciously upwards. Pearly white teeth bared, the youngster stepped forwards, fur along his back standing up.
Then their eyes met, and Tohrul felt his an uneasiness crawling up his spine, forcing him to avoid Luna's gaze. Turning away, Tohrul talked in a impudent voice.
"I was wondering where I would be able to train. I'm still not too sure about this territory." He answered, skin prickling as Luna approached him.
(Hey, sorry if it seemed like I was controlling your character, Cuddlymoon :(. I didn't mean to!)

Snowflake ran up to Tohrul. "Hi! I'm Snowflake. What's your name?"

Luna glared at the beta for a moment, this was exactly why she didn't like talking to people. " Training? Well if your sure you want to go off and train, you can always try the forest." Many wolves avoided that area because it was the closest to the war they would ever get, the very though was spine tingling. No one but Hunters and those with permission to enter the war went inside.Though once in every few months a stray wolf would enter it.

A white pup much younger than her or the beta male, walked up to them and asked Tohrul his name. Thus ending their awkward conversation." Is there anything you need?" she asked the pup.

"I just want to meet your friend" Snowflake said smiling and waging her tail.

"Friend" Luna thought, "she never really saw any other wolves as Friends before." Smiling down at the pup she said to him, " Well I'm Luna in case you ever want to know, Alpha of the Oasis." With this she puffed up her fur to make herself look twice as big as usual and strutted back to the cave. Its not like she wanted to be Alpha, the job was put on her shoulders. If she was doing the things the wolves of her age was doing, she'd probably be playing in the snow or learning to hunt. But she was going to make the best of her situation. " Tell the older wolves I'll hunt by myself today" she told the pup as she changed directions and headed towards the forest.

"Ok" Snowflake did as she was told. But truth be told, she was a little dissapointed. She just wanted someone to play with.

Luna stalked around, a little guilty of leaving the pup behind but it wasn't like he couldn't find someone else to play with. Scenting a rabbit she slowly stalked it until suddenly it leaped over a rock and was nowhere to be seen. The scent was also getting lighter and lighter. Disappointed she walked around the forest for a bit, the birds were all singing joyously as though nothing could go wrong. "How nice it would be to become a bird" Luna though, " I could fly away whenever I wanted to." Getting caught in a tangle of frozen roots, Luna shook herself free but they had already cut into her flesh. Limping she jumped in some squirrels basking nearby and made to drag them back to her cave. Luna wasn't feeling like eating anything in the forest today.

The other wolves were all fussing over her like she had torn off a leg or something. "It wan't that bad, I could use some scars." she told them. Despite all of this they just wouldn't let her go without doing something. So a few minuets later Luna was found in her cave wrapped with furs and moss of the softest kind, chewing on 2 cold hard squirrels. They had grown disgusting from staying out too long. Other then that it was quite cosy and all, just she wished she could do something by herself once in a while.

After a nap, Luna, still feeling guilty set out to find Snowflake. It was snowing even harder now." Snowflake? Where are you?"

After obying Luna's orders, Snowflake went back out into the snow. She came across a rabbit. "Bunny!" She ran over and hugged it. "Bunny, bunny, fun bunny!" Snowflake played with the rabbit, but then the snow came down harder.

Spotting Snowflake near a pile of snow "playing" with a bunny. Fighting the urge to jump up and kill it, Luna walked up to her, The Rabbit ran away at the sight of another wolf.Luna was technically still a pup herself so the urge to play was strong, smiling at snowflake she slowly walked up to her. " YOUR IT!" she yelled nudging her hard on the head before scampering off.

It was silly and un interesting of her to play tag but it would all be worth it when she could see the looks on the Elder wolves faces.

Snowflake chased after Luna. "I'm gonna getcha!"

Luna saw Snowflake from the corner of her eye. Deciding to go easy on her, Luna stopped and went down to a light walk. Think of her, Alpha Female, playing tag while others are out having a war.

Thinking of the war, Luna stood still and began to feel drowsy. " Oww" she said as Snowflake banged head on into her.
" Sorry" she told Snowflake, " I think I need to go take a rest."

Leaving the disappointing pup in the snow, Luna headed back to her cave. Maybe it was all this noise that was making her feel sick. She usually didn't get out that much, sometimes it would be days before she would go outside.

Surrounded by moss and other miscellaneous soft things, Luna slowly fell asleep to dream of war, blood and crime."

Waking up from a particularly gory scene, Luna shook herself to the real world and perked up her ears. There seemed to be something outside. Slowly she got out and peered at all of the wolves gathering around.

" Ah there you are Luna, We didn't want to disturb you" purred a grey wolf that she recognized as one of her main guidance counselling wolves, "We just had notice from your father, he said he would like a few more wolves to join his ranks before going on a raid again" . Luna though for a moment, it was nice to know her father was still alive. " Ok then I'll see what I can do, is there anything else?"

"No" the wolf replied," He didn't mention anything else"

Disappointed that her father didn't mention her at all, Luna though about worthy candidates to enter the war. Snowflake was still too young and her guiders needed to aid her.Then she Remembered Tohrul, he came here asking for training, maybe he would like to come?

Again, snowflake felt let down. It was obvious that she wasn't wanted at the oasis. Snowflake walked off into the woods.

Tohrul bowed his head respectfully as Luna walked off, deciding he would rather like to avoid any confrontation with the alpha female, for he knew that at the moment, his puppy-like mind was unsettled and it was dangerous for him to talk to anyone who might aggravate him. Tohrul knew he was being unfair by becoming tense just because Luna had disciplined him, and rightly so. He was acting foolish, and he deserved some harsh words to get him out of the arrogant trance he had been in earlier.
Watching Luna disappear, he suddenly became aware of the presence of Snowflake. Pelt tingling with guilt, Tohrul dipped his head in a sign of acknowledgment to the youngster, before trotting off to the training grounds.

Snowflake was in the middle of the woods when she heard a sound. She suddenly found herself surrounded by the evil wolves.

Luna walked around the Oasis, she was still looking for Tohrul. He said he was going to be around the forest so she decided to head there. Passing the grand oak trees that grew along the edge of a forest, she head a small yelp. Running into the forest she saw Snowflake surrounded by a group of evil wolves. Somehow they had managed to fight their way past the protection of the Oasis.

They were all bigger and stronger than the 2 pups. Within moments Luna too found herself covered in scratches and surrounded." HELLP!" she yelled hoping someone would come. The forest was a deserted place, many wolves chose not to enter because it was dark, dingy and close to the war. Occasionally there would be a hunter somewhere in here." HELLP!' she yelled again.

One of the evil wolves picked up Snowflake by the scruff.

Tohrul walked through the forest, his mind focusing on every sound that permeated the area. Both ears moved back and forth, rotating and pricking quickly, changing for every tiny scrape and whisper that was made. The youth stilled his breath and lightened his paw steps, so as to hear the forest and its inhabitants better. Then, Tohrul stopped his every movement, his muscles tightened and his fur rising upwards. Strange scents lingered on the wind, unusual scents that Tohrul had never encountered before, except, maybe just once...
Then, heart pounding, Tohrul recognized that smell, and he felt his paws start to move, first in a run and then quickly coming up to a full-out sprint.
In his mind, Tohrul knew he had to get to the rest of the pack and warn them of the danger, but that path took him away from the scent, which was so fresh that he knew they were close. Letting out a whine, Tohrul shifted his body so he stood facing the way the scent led, and began to follow it. He could smell the scent getting stronger, and could pick out that there were about, at least, four different wolves, though their scent was rather similar. According to the strength of the lead, Tohrul assumed he was getting close to his prey. After a few minutes, though, it turned out the enemies were faster than the young wolf had anticipated. He was unable to catch up to them, not even catch a glimpse of the elusive enemies.
Maybe I should turn back... it would be best... Tohrul was about to conclude, and he did begin to slow his pace until, in the distance, he heard someone yelling, calling for help. It was not too far ahead, and that could mean neither were the wicked wolves. Once again, Tohrul set off at a breakneck pace, his feet pounding against the forest floor. The rank odor of the enemies grew stronger and stronger, assaulting Tohrul's nose and blocking his sense of smell.
Chest rising and falling as he drew in great gulps of air, the youth slowed down to a trot, and began to crouch downwards. The smell now was almost overpowering, and Tohrul could hear a commotion not too far away. Drawing closer and closer to the source of chaos, Tohrul caught a glimpse of Luna's lush white fur, but upon closer inspection, he could see it was flecked with blood. Tohrul watched as Luna called out again, her voice ringing out against the trees, and then watched as one of the enemy wolf's reached forward and picked Snowflake up by the scruff while the others laughed and closed in against his pack-mates.
Tohrul felt anger building up in him, bubbling in his chest and growing, becoming rage. He didn't know why his emotions were going out of control, but the youngster knew he couldn't stand there while his comrades were set on by the savage wolves. Bursting into the clearing, Tohrul set his forelegs against the one wolf who held Snowflake, and rolled him over onto his back with a powerful thrust. Immediately, the enraged youth snapped his teeth close on his prey's throat, and quickly retracted, allowing his victim a few more gasps of breath before going still, its paws hanging limp.
Turning to the rest of the wolves, Tohrul curled back his lips from his teeth, and allowed a deep growl to emanate from inside his chest. Twice Luna's age, and also having the future position of beta in his pack, Tohrul was about as big as any of these wolves, and though they had more experience than he, the crazed wolf was filled with a reckless rage. There were three more wolves left, and they were facing Tohrul, two venturing closer to the youngster, growls growing in their throats as well. The third stayed back a little, his eyes trying to crack Tohrul's weaknesses.
(Hey guys, sorry if this seemed really rushed! Oh, and about that one part with Tohrul being beta and that being relative to his size is because beta's tend to be the largest in the pack because they act as protectors... I'm sorry if I seem snooty or arrogant!)

Snowflake was flung through the air after Tohrul tackled the wolf that held her. She quickly hid under a log, scared out of her mind.

Luna saw tohrul jump to help her and snowflake.She breathed a sigh of relief that showed in her face.. "
Thanks" sha said to him afterwith his help she managed to get free.Luna would have loved to help him in some way but she knew that her body would be too small to face off against the enemy wolves. Running away from all the chaos,Luna sniffed the air for Snowflakes scent. After succesfully finding her under a log, Luna urged herto run quicker. They needed to warn the elders about this.

Snowflake ran like she had never run before. She screamed for help.

Luna was glad Snowflake took this so seriously. She ran into the center of town and was relieved to see one of her advisers standing there. " Help! Forest! Tohrul in Trouble!" was all she could manage to get out but they got the gist of it. Within a few short moments a whole troop of wolves were armed and ready to fight. " CHARGE" they screamed as the neared the forest and jumped upon their enemies. Lune swears she saw Tohrul lighten up a bit.

Luna nudged Snowflake and said " Come, lets gather the pups." As much as she wanted to join the war, she would be no use to the strong wolves and would probably just cause a nuisance. The best she could to was gather the pups and calm them, make sure they were all there.

This task wasn't too hard, they mostly were all huddled in the Center square. Within a few short moments they had everyone accounted for. Luna stared at them for a moment, some of them were as big as her. There huge innocent eyes pierced her all asking the same question, " Whats happening?" Luna looked away from them, the truth they were a bit too young for though most of them figured it out already.

" So," Luna said trying to keep their interest, " Which story would you like to hear first?"
It was the best she could think of.
