Lillian fell asleep after her sister laid down beside her.

The next morning katiri woke up and snuck out and went to the nearby river. She noticed some stones and began jumping on them. One of them were slippery and she accidently fell into th river. She tried swimming up but her leg was stuck under some rocks.

When Lillian woke up she saw that Katiri was gone and she started to look around for her and calling out to her.

Katiri passed out form lack of oxygen but she felt the rock get moved and felt someone gently grab her by the scruff and take her out of the water. She was sat on the grass. She coughed up the water and looked up to see a white wolf.

Lillian was still looking around and yelling Katiri's name hoping that she would answer.

Katiri yelled back to her sister though her voice hurt. When she looked back to the wolf to say thank you, it was gone. She didn't know what had happened.

When Lillian heard her sister's voice she ran towards it, when she found her sister she looked at her and asking "What happened?"

"i fell in the river," she said shivering.

Lillian looked at her then went over to her and tired to warm her up saying "How did you get out?"

She told her about the mystery wolf who had saved her then vanished.

Lillian looked at her sister and listened to her story then said "Well if you ever see him again then you just have to thank them for it." She smiled at her sister then smiled said "At least you safe now."

"i'm sorry sis. i didn't mean to almost drown. i just wanted to skip on the rocks," she said.

Lillian looked at her and said "Next time wait until I'm at least watching."

"ok," she said. "Um can we get something to eat? i'm hungry," she said.

Lillian smiled and said "Yep, come on then." She turned and walked down the river.

Katri followd her sister as they began walking down the stream.

Lillian found the track of a squirrel and started to follow it.
