Wake up smelling turkey? I've never heard of that. We wake up at dawn here.

yea like when your mom or grandmother is up early cooking and when you wake up you smell turkey. i thought everyone did that but my family

you all wake at dawn on thanksgiving?? what the hell for?

Five or six small children and my aunt and uncle who house we stay at now always are up early.
I didn't know anyone woke up to that. Maybe when we did thanksgiving with my moms family this happened.

In a rp of mine. I asked people nicely to wait till we got everyone to make their first post before people made their second and third, since at that time we were waiting on two people. That VERY day, someone made a second post. I was a bit ticked, but to be fair, I let it slide and made a post asking them specifically to wait to post anymore and reminding them that I had asked everyone to. So I get on today and the person had made a THIRD post. He didn't even bother to look at the ooc at all or even reply to it. So I made a bit of a stronger post, this time pinging him which I would rather not have to do everytime I want to post something for them to see. People need to pay attention and have some respect. His posts are big walls of text he frequently edits to..he dosn't use regular paragraphs either....sorry..didn't mean to expload...bad day.

oh man, yea i can see why that is frustrating. you can always have a moderator delete the posts since it's your thread and you weren't ready for most posts. i hope the ping works and then you won't have to get to that level :/
and it's fine, don't be sorry for venting. we all need to do that some time or other

I don't want to upset him by erasing them and having him have to type them again. I just wish he would have listened and respected the others...

it seems you went about it the right way and maybe he really just didn't notice or was super enthusiastic about the rp. like i said, i hope he responds to the ping you sent
