Nah, I just went for about five hours with like 3 hours of driving. My car did alright. It doesn't like going to fast but she did alright. I even bought the poor girl somemore pretty decales. lol

It still might not be a bad idea to get it checked out anyway.

Eh, my step-dad is a mechanic. He works on flying contraptions now but he used to do cars. Which means our vehicles are never checked, are always about to die, and I can't have someone else look at it because he says it is too much or they don't know what their doing.

Just do it anyway, I say.

I usually do but without a job I don't have any money. I'll be getting a bit from taxed though in a few weeks so I might do it then.

Yeah, that would be rather bad.

I hardly ever drive anywhere. When I do it is never more then a few hours away.
And even then it is usually St. Louis and my sister lives there so I could just stay at her place till I got picked up.

True, true. Problem is, I don't know anyone in my college town I could crash with if I ever got a car and it broke down.

Sadly I was the same way down there. The closest person I knew was my aunt's about 30 minutes away and that was where I was staying.

Yeah, I mean there are so many things or different "markers" in my life, it's not that it has been particularly turbulent, just that it is hard to know when one thing happened in relationship to another XD.
