B is for bananas...best eaten when the skin has a slight tinge of green, before the fruit becomes sugar-laden.
Once the skin has darkened and the fruit is over ripe for eating, mash the fruit for banana bread, muffins or toss into a smoothy.

E is eggs.
Some like them hard boiled and some like them soft boiled and some like them deviled and some like them fried or scrambled.
I don't much like eggs myself, but I cook them for others who do.
My 5 year old granddaughter likes hard boiled egg whites and throws away the yolks.

G is for grapes.
Mostly eaten fresh off the vine, grapes can be smashed into juice and fermented into wine.
There are several variety of grapes but the most common seen in the produce department at the grocery store are red and green.
I like grapes when they are allowed to ripen to their sweet potentially best flavor.
