I am willing to co-operate with people if it is some skills or knowledge that I am not familiar with.
I would look for doctor for health and lawyers for legal questions.

Most probably, maybe I am not a cook. So I don't know what onion looks like originally. XD

Ahh. I do a lot of the cooking for the family so maybe that's why I can see it. Although Wicked makes a mean french onion soup that I adore.

A chicken and vegetable soup with beer bread and honey butter. It's my favorite.

Mmhmm. There's a couple ways to make it but it's totally bread made with beer. A good honey brown works best I've found and you should avoid lighter beers. It's not as sweet with a lighter beer.

When you cook or bake with alcohol the majority, if not all of, the alcohol itself is cooked and/or baked out of the actual product you are making. What's left is usually a hint of the taste of the alcoholic beverage. That's why when you make.. say, rum cake, for example, you have to add rum to the cake after you've baked it even though there's rum included in the batter itself.

Still, I know that there are people out there who won't or can't eat anything made with alcohol in it for various reasons. I myself am an infrequent and rare drinker of alcohol at best. I might have a single drink in a year.

I don't know why people cook with alcohol when it is vapourized at the end...?

Because the flavor of the alcohol, or what it's made of, is left even if the alcohol itself is not. Like, when I make beer bread with a honey brown beer it gives it a light taste of honey and wheat.

It tastes differently to different people. I taste alcohol strongly and it's a bitter taste to me when I drink it. Cooking or baking with it is a different story. Cooking is chemistry!
