Has anyone ever tried sprinkling on a bit of sea salt on watermelon when you eat it? It's very tasty.

I never tried salt with watermelon...
though, watermelon is kinda expensive here. it is a big fruit, lol.

I've done that or just plain salt on watermelon 'rubs eyes' if i can't get an actual watermelon I'll just pick up a small contaner of cut watermelon seeing as i doubt we have a big enough knife for one anyhow.

I don't buy watermelon much. If I buy one it's usually some pre cut watermelon or a mini one. Because I can't eat a whole one by myself

I'm not a big fan of watermellon. I mean Ill eat it but I like cantaloupe better.

'blinks' why would one eat a WHOLE watermelon by themselves..i can see maybe a slice or two.. but a whole one kinda boggles the mind i tend to eat them over a couple of weeks, and if it hink its getting to long i slice them up into cubes and frezze them, they make good snacks that way you suck the frozen water to melting and then got watermellon.

It seems that some farmers inject 'something' to expedite the watermelon growth. Kinda some old news.
