The art in Earthian is really ... um ... sad. Not nearly as nice as Loveless. I haven't read it yet because of that :oops:

My favorite characters in Loveless are the Female Zeros.

I wish the anime had been a full 26 episodes instead of just 12. It might have had a better ending that way, for one thing...

ye, it was a weard ending .

8DDD I have the DVDs for the anime series. It wasn't as interesting as I hoped it to be so I didn't immediately go for the manga when it first came out. I did start reading random bits of the manga recently though, but it's a bit boring since the beginning volumes have already been presented to me in the anime series. ; w; More volumes are coming out though, that I should take a peek at. X'D;

poo.- The anime was a bit of a disappointment. The manga does get pretty interesting where the anime left off, so keep reading!

loveless is one of the most beautiful anime ive ever seen >.< it's so sad and sweet at the same time! i wish they make a follow up season D:it's like it's perfect! really.
as for the manga ive never seen it yet.. but they said vol. 05 is a must read! :x

Your so right he is such a mystery ;) a very very sexy one to, nobody knows about him.

Loveless is one of my favorite manga ever. There just aren't that many mangas out there that focus on words, instead they're almost all beat-them-up types. Loveless is like a breath of fresh air. And her art!! YEY!

...however, I can't really say the same for the story >D;; It was okay? LIke, it wasn't over the top cheesy or the REALLY bad kind of bad, but...it wasn't really anything mind blowing either.

The animation was also really good. like the scenery and the BUTTERFLIES. OMG THE BUTTERFLIES. The characters themselves didn't quite measure up to Yun Kouga (Hey, she even made Breathless and that girl's pompom haircut look decent...), but they were still pretty good.

And the music. I absolutely adored the music. ♥

Loveless has become a bit of a classic for me, lol. It's still going though, isn't it? Or am I wrong?

Yea it is, this months chapter is due to be out in 4 days time as well, but i dont think it will go up on the internet around that time eithier though!

Loveless was awesome, I love the idea of cat ears and tails. I've read the manga volumes (the ones that have been released in America) and watched the anime. I was a bit disappointed in the way the anime ended.

Its great aint it X3 many people think its sad that they loose they loose their tails during intercourse.

but i dont think so i dont see it as loosing the tails, i see it like having something when your a virgin and when you loose your tails that means you experienced sex (:

yes the song is great aint it ^_^ i like both the OP and ED and i also like the songs on the Loveless vocal album to, especially Soubi's song and Ritsuka's and Soubi's song <3

and im not a Soubi fan eithier, its a shame about Seimei's songs though.. their always just instrumentals. :(

Yes it is a good manga, you get to see how her art evolved to what it is now as well.

and my favrioute characters are Seimei and Ritsuka.

I owned the first volume alone for a really long time, and then once I started working at Borders, I bought them as they came out because I just hate it when I have one book in a series just sitting on my shelf... I'm strange like that, I know. I can't just have book one of a few different series... I must have the entire series whether I've read or have gotten into it or not. Dx
So I have all five books so far.

I read the first one before, but I suppose I was pretty out of it because I couldn't understand what was going on, and I just got really confused. So I hadn't read the series at all for the longest time and paid absolutely no attention to it whatsoever. And well, when my power went out on the 15th this month, I got bored and decided I'd catch up on some manga I hadn't read yet (I have a lot of it since I buy manga basically in bulk ... 10 to 20 books at a time, because of my discount for working at the bookstore), and ended up sitting down to read over the first volume of Loveless again, which I hadn't read probably in well over a year. I really liked it this time, and I've read through the fifth book now, since that's all I have. xP It's a really interesting story and all, and I think it really stands out from others I've read in more ways than one. I can understand now why so many people are getting into it.

Lolol, I checked out the anime a while ago because someone recommended it to me after I said I liked Gravitation.

To be honest, at first I couldn;t take it seriously at all, I kind of thought it was a comedy ;p

Like when the older guy (I can;t remember his name) tells his flatmate he was hanging out with his last friend's younger brother. And the part about him getting his ear pierced.

EDIT - The names also made me laugh and the way they introduced themselves.

"BREATHLESS:so strong it'll take your breath away" or something (I haven;t watched it in a while) XD

I was also rather hyper at the time and kept on quoting everything they said to a friend. The reaction I got was.

"ALISON. TURN THAT PORN OFF NOW"

I want to get the manga though, heard it's pretty guid and a lot better than the anime, but our bookshops (Ottakars, Waterstones, Borders) are still pretty new to Manga so they don;t have that guid a range. Going up to Glasgow soonish though I think, so I might get them from Forbidden Planet if I have enough money (I prefer to buy full sets over just a few books here and there ;p)

Forbidden Planet's amazing, although I haven't yet figured out how they organize things.
