Something wasn't right all of a sudden; as Azadeth had wandered through the woods, the sounds were off. That was when a fabric caught her eye. She wasn't too far from the water, seeing as she could hear it flowing from where she stood, but that garment. Taking a couple steps closer to it, she froze, the material and design of it giving away the class of its owner; there was a Templar nearby.

Pinky faces home, the pinky faces home, she told herself over and over again as she took off running in the direction she had just come. The trees and greenery were moving past the girl in a flurry again, the muscle pain in her legs returning once again but she had to push onward. She was nearing the little house once again, she could seeing the sun starting to break through the trees more and more. It wasn't much further till she saw the blond girl still in the clearing, in the same spot she had just left her.

"Naomi," she said breathlessly as she ran up to the girl, her slender hands wrapping around her shoulders. "We have to go, there are Templars-" Branches were shaking oddly in the still air, cracking and crunching like something had fallen through. Spinning around, the girl wasn't able to finish her warning as a blue haired male landed before them.

Panic struck the girl as he began to speak; they were in a lot of trouble now. But then, a distraction appeared, in the form of a butterfly. The Templar's reaction threw the elf girl for a loop as she watched him, her lower jaw hanging open slightly as she stared at him for a moment. He was going on about the harmless creature and Azadeth took that as a chance to focus on Naomi once again. "You have to get out of here," she whispered to the girl. "If he finds out what you are then he'll kill you without a second thought about it."

The girl held herself back up though, watching the male as he spoke to them once again. She knew that she had to answer the male, failing to do so would just cause them trouble. With a low bow, she calmly replied, "I am Azadeth Norreraheal, an elf from a clan not so far off." She could only hope that the male did not know of her being one of the mages at the Lord's palace, at that point he would know she was an apostate rather than just a 'wild elf'.

Kane sighed, leaning against a wall ad shifting his grip on the female templar. For a girl that looked somewhat light she was surprisingly heavy. Or maybe it was because he was weakened. Either way, he had his eyes narrowed at her almost willing her to wake up. It was annoying the girl seemed so peaceful. It could be taken as a bad thing if he had an unconscious person in his arms once he went for his trial. They may mistake it as something that he did. Which was nonsense. He wasn't That stupid. Maybe if he were outside the monastery. Luckily he was starting to get his hearing back. Just in time to hear his name being called. They must have gotten through with the female neko. He did hope they hadn't gone too severe on her. She was still young and foolish. The blue haired male closed his eyes as he straightened up and followed the two guards into the trial room.

Naomi was about to start practicing her magic again when Azadeth took her by the shoulders. She stood there in shock and listened to her, when she heard leaves moving she looked towardsthe sound. Hearing another voice she turned her head towards him and stared, if this was a templar then why did he get distracted easily she looked at the butterfly. When Azadeth started to talk to her again she looked and her and said "Not with out you." She looked back at the man and said "I am Naomi Nara and I live here", she bowed and then looked at Azadeth and smiled. To her Templars didn't look as if they were all to mean but she could be wrong just meeting one and all. She looked back at her house and then said "Come on Azadeth it is almost time for diner", she turned and started to walk back towards the house waiting for Azadeth.

Lzerrah Chaos puffed out his chest when he noticed that the females didn't seem phased by his threats.

"If I were you, I would heed my warning. I might come across hyperactive, clumsy, and aloof, but I'm no liar. What I say, I do. Now if you don't tell me the truth I will have no choice but to peel it from your fleshy body." Resting his hand on the right side of his handsome face, Lzerrah smirked. "Don't let my cute looks fool you either, my loves. Why? For I'm a sucker for pain. I would most enjoy watching you suffer. First I would secure you to some cold, wet stone table with shackles whose cuff retard magic. Then, I was slowly, but surely, rape your body of your skin. Once you're without it, I would claw my way into your heart and remove it with such ease. Crush it beneath my feet? I think not. I would must rather put it in a jar, as I am a collector of hearts."

He closed his eyes to exhale, but immediately opened then he he thought he heard one of the girls shift to make a break. "Don't tempt my patience. I am not a man who understands the cowardly actions of a fleeing mouse."

Eyes as cold as ice fell on Naomi. But when he licked his chops, Lzerrah's attention drifted over to the elven woman, Azadeth.

"From the way you both seem to shake in your boots, I suspect you are of the mage breed. Moreover, I have a roster of all criminals, mages that is, who must be brought down." Pulling out a fine papyrus based scroll, Lzerrah unraveled it to reveal both of their names. "You should have lied, but I'm glad you didn't. I'd have killed you."

A smile played on his face as he stepped toward both the woman. "So, where am I to escort you both to?" A flock of pale blue hair veiled his brilliant eyes. They were deeper than the great seas, and yet they held something oddly familiar in them. At first glace, one would think his eyes hinted at something dark and deadly, but upon further examination, the gazer would see not doom and gloom, but something much brighter. Hope.

Even though the male's words were harsh and cold, his beautiful eyes screamed something softer. He wasn't as bad a man as he played himself out to be. In fact, this whole game was a facade. Lzerrah was not one of the most respected templars, as his heart was too kind and forgiving.

Moving back, he rested his hand on a spear that sat at his hip. "I promise, I won't bite. I shall behave as the gentleman I am. I am not the kind of templar to attack women. I only fight men." A somewhat cheesy grin overcame his child-like face. Snickering, he took a large step forward. "Hey, I'm serious. I don't attack women. I think it's rude. Besides, a man should never hurt a woman. That's how I was raised, at least. And, bless my mother's departed soul, I would never break my mother's teachings." Smiling yet again, Lzerrah would begin a journey that would lead him down a road he was uncertain of. If push came to shove, Lzerrah was ready to defend the female mages, as he had seem enough women face the cruel torments of a score templar.

Naomi stopped when she heard his threat; she didn’t really pay attention to his first one for the fact that he was distracted by a butterfly. She tightened her grip on her staff and turned back around to face him saying “You are such a…a” she couldn’t finish she couldn’t think of a word to describe him. Then she got one and she said “You are such and freak.” She knew that it wasn’t the best but she was a nice person, she walked closer to him and said “How am I a criminal? I only found out about your stupid laws today.” She stopped when she was three feet away from him saying “Also, I do not need you to escort me anywhere I have lived here my whole life and learned my way around the forest.” The grip on her staff was still tight as she looked at him she didn’t care who he was or where he was from; all she knew was that she was not going to take any help from him. She smirked slightly when he mentioned how he was raised and then said “My mother taught me to never talk or take help from strangers and you are not an exception.” To her this guy didn’t seem right anymore maybe Azadeth was right about how templars treated other mages. She turned and said “Besides, I would never go anywhere with one of you after you took my parents”, she turned and started to walk away disappearing into the woods. She followed her hand prints back to her house and then walked into her house closing the door behind her, she was mad and she normally never got mad. She loosened her grip on her staff and climbed up the ladder to the small second floor; she leaned her staff against the wall and then went over to the chest and opened it. This time she pulled out a book, her father had written it for her for when ever she was left on her own. She flipped threw the pages it was of all the magic she could do every once and a while she would see her mother handwriting scribbled along the side writing little notes that would help her. She wanted to find one that would help her in case that weird man followed her; she found one that would help her even though it was Blood Magic she wasn’t going to take any chances. She closed the book and placed it back in the chest and went back down the ladder grabbing her staff before she did. She then walked into the kitchen area and started to prepare food for diner, she didn’t know if Azadeth would make it back but she made enough for two just in case.

He really was a cruel Templar, speaking of such dark things frightened the already timid girl. She took a step back knowing that if things were to get bad, this male would have to react in such a manner, though it probably wouldn't be anything quite so dark as that. She didn't know for sure, after all, each Templar had their own way of taking care of things. Her hand instantly went to her staff just in case he were to attack them, yet, when he said that he wouldn't attack a female, it was then that the girl calmed down. Yet all wasn't safe though, seeing as the other mage reacted at that point.

Azadeth's eyes widened at Naomi's reaction and before she could tell the girl to stop and to run once again, she was already leaving them. Before the male had a chance to speak, the elf was looking at him once again. Bowing, she said softly, "Please forgive her for she does understand your ways. She is new to such a concept, though my kind has had many run-ins with your own. We have not done anything wrong." Standing straight up, she hoped that he would not know her from the Lord's palace; he didn't look familiar at least, and he had said that he was guarding the forest.

"Please forgive me about this, sir," she then said calmly as she removed the staff from her back. Her hands began glowing a green color as she turned her back to face the male. Extending her arms, a white glyph appeared on the ground before Naomi's home; a glyph of repulsion. She then faced the male once again before saying, "She has been here for quite sometime. There is no need to bother her now is there?"

His perfectly shaped lip trembled as the first woman walked away in a rude manner. Had he not just told the women that he was not that type of man, he would have killed her then and there. That aside, Lzerrah had too big a heart to hold grudges. They were... bigger than that.

With the other mage vanishing into the forest (returning to her home), his attention bounced back to the green haired girl.

She was stunning. The light from the gods above were playing but a cruel trick on him. The way the sunlight glistened in her hair, making each fine strand more beautiful than the last. Then, those brilliant yellow-green eyes of hers seemed to glow with a passion unlike any other Lzerrah had ever seen.

Looking away with a blush painted on his cheeks, Lzerrah spoke in a kind and gentle tone. "I find it hard to believe you're a mage. Your beauty outshines that of a goddess, which can only hint at the truth. You are... of a divine breed."

Even if it was a sin to do as such, Lzerrah bent into a full-blown bow. Placing a soft kiss on her delicate, god-crafted hands, Lzerrah rose to meet the woman's eyes. (I should add that Templars were more or less forbidden to acknowledge a mage as being more worthy. By bowing to her, Lzerrah was admitting that she had power over him.)

His hand reached up to touch the earth-kissed hair of the elf. It felt like fine silk as Lzerrah's hand tossed it lightly about. He was gentle, more gentle than he usually was. But it wasn't because she was a woman. No, he was gentle because, to him, she was a goddess. During all his travels, posts, and orders, Lzerrah had never feasted upon something as dashing as she.

"You've got my hooked, my lady. I know not of your real power, but I can see your true power. I am, and forever will be, under your cruel spell."

His legs moved his body closer to hers. Everything about her screamed that he should turn away and report her. Yes, he knew of her previous whereabouts. Everyone did. But Lzerrah couldn't do it. There was no compelling evidence that she was what the would claimed she was. No, Lzerrah wouldn't do it. He would first prove that she was guilty as charged before he would condemn the woman to the death she was sentenced to.

"I am aware of your story, my lady. However, I am not a man who falls to ill tricks and talk. I seek proof and justice. Should I find that you are, in fact, what the world claims you are, I will be the one to stop your beating heart. On the other hand, if you are not what they say, I will fight by your side with all my might to set your soul free of this chain. My blades shall not rest until you are safe and out of harm's way."

There was something about how this male was acting that made her want to run, and she had a feeling that it wasn't only because of the fact that he was a Templar. It was the way that those bright blue eyes of his danced across her body in an almost hypnotic way. When he looked away, to hide a blush she did not see, Azadeth took advantage of that by looking around for possible routes of escape.

His words began once again, yet, unlike when he spoke before, he did not sound angry or vile in any way. In fact, he almost seemed to speak in a flattering matter. The elf looked at the male, an astonished look on her face; how could a Templar get away with saying such things and not being reprimanded for it? It was the action that took the girl back even further; not only had he complimented her, but now he was bowing to her. She wasn't too sure how to react at this point, but he was a Templar, she was an apostate, she had to get away from him, even if that were to make things worse; at least it may help draw attention away from Naomi.

The green haired girl took a step back, then went to take another step when the male gripped her hand in his; her eyes then fell to the male again, wild, almost scared like those of a deer. His eyes locked with hers once again, but all she could do was just stare back at him. Every muscle in her body was urging her to run, but there was a fear, or an intrigue rooted in her mind that kept her stationary.

The words he was speaking, they didn't make any sense to the female. She hadn't done anything to him, though even if she really wanted to, there wasn't much that she could do. Azadeth was more than aware of her abilities, but that didn't bother her, she had never really been one for fighting anyway, so abilities in such an art would be lost on her. He was vowing himself to her, regardless of what he knew of her. Turning her head to look back towards Naomi's home, a thought came to mind.

The Templar male was much closer to her now, almost intimately so. "I must keep you under this spell for a little longer I am afraid," she said, her voice soft, almost whimsically so. She lifted her free hand between them, palm facing up. Her eyes dropped to that for a moment, just enough to hopefully draw his eyes there as well. Her palm started glowing a bright, almost lime green color. She looked back up at him, her eyes dilating slightly at the use of the magic.

Nothing harmful was going to happen, but of course he wouldn't know that. After a few moments however, a flower bloomed in the palm of her hand; though it was bright green in color, the spellbloom would still act in increasing both of their stamina. She watched the male for a brief moment before both of her hands were pulled away from him, then, taking a step back from him, she took off running into the forest and away from Naomi's home. The green flower still floated before the male, spinning slightly, almost as if someone were spinning its ghost stem. I just have to get him away from Naomi, she thought to herself as she looked back only once to see if the Templar was following her.

((Whew. Sorry for not posting in FOREVER. *Ahem* Let's pretend that Jessica Creed is just called to the front of the line: she's right after Kane.))

Watching as Shiloh was led from the room, the observer narrowed his eyes. If the mage could sense him, then perhaps he should calm himself. It would do him no good to get so close only to be caught. Turning his black eyes back to the court, Fenris fought back a disgusted growl. His markings were going to make him noticable if he didn't calm down. Again, his glowing was shielded only by his grey cloak. The pale light grew nearly visable as he saw who was walking beside Shiloh on the way out of the courtroom: Liam Creed. Though his face remained emotionless, the stranger's eyes lit with fury. So you are both here. Good. It would make things simple when he struck out. As he watched the silver-haired templar leave the room, Fenris felt a fuzzy memory clawing at the back of his mind. Was it real? Or just another dream he'd suffered? There was no way to tell; he couldn't remember his past. The only thing he could recall were the faces of Liam and Jessica Creed: it was their fault things had ended up so poorly.
The "memory" was more like a blurry feeling. There was a familiar room that Fenris was sure he'd never seen before, and a blast of pain - Jessica's doing. The fire that burned through the room was going to . . . do something. Something . . . but he couldn't remember what. It was important: and Fenris felt as though he'd failed.

Names were called out. Slowly blinking his muddled thoughts away, Fenris looked down on the apostates and other members of the court with an uncomfortable nagging at the back of his mind. This was no time to be distracted by . . . useless thoughts. Mages made their way to the middle of the room, blinded by the light that put them on display for all to see. Let them get what they deserve. The elf's pupil-less eyes flickered to Kane as he strode in. Perhaps after this mage he would see the one he was looking for.
-

Jessica Creed sucked in a breath as she glimpsed a familiar face. It was his voice that really startled her. Liam: her brother. He had long ago turned himself over to become a Templar Knight . . . and it seemed as though he'd succeeded. Jessica had been abandoned by her brother years prior - this was the first time she'd seen him in nearly a decade.
Instead of making her presense known, the woman ducked her head and shuffled behind another mage. She couldn't face Liam's wrath right now. She was still in line for her trial, and there was nothing she wanted less than to have more trouble. The woman's gold eyes moved to Kane as he stepped toward the middle of the room. You poor man. It hurt to see so many people sent to their doom. The Templars were hardly a means of justice on the apostates; they were more like prison guards. Jessica would personally rather die than be sent to the Circle or made tranquil.
Swallowing thickly, she found herself in the front of the line. When Kane was finished, she would be called. Please say I will live.

((Alright . . . I don't know if anyone's running the trials, but I am willing to do so in order to keep things moving. :XD I may be a bit infrequent with my posts due to heavy work and such, so don't freak out if I go missing! *begs for forgiveness*))

((Go ahead and run it^^ lol))

Lerieh nearly sighed as she watched the mindless mage decide to pull her staff from Liam's hands. Was this mage looking to end her life? She simply led the mage out of another door from where all the other mage's were. As soon as they were out, Lerieh pushed her against the wall, keeping a hand on her shoulder tightly. She had a strength that could feel easily stronger than Liam's. Then again she did have a slight rage now.

"You listen Len (child)..."
She spoke a word of Elvish, although looked nothing of the native sort. No facial markings, or at least any that really shone against her skin. It being as black as the night sky. "..You could easily be dead right now. My word goes a long way in that court, and I expect you to respect my decision. If I catch you doing anything out of line, I will not hesitate to cut you threw, yes?" Lerieh let go of her as she heard movement down the hall. An Apprentice came around the corner. "Come" She said before continuing her way down the hall. Stopping just a few feet to make sure the mage was following.

Lerieh led her into the Girl's room. A very large room with probably close to thirty beds. There was a small side room to the left for washing. "I believe the bed towards the far right is not taken. There should be a change of clothes in the chest just in front of it."

Upon entering the room where his trial was to take place, the blue haired mage had the female templar taken away from him. Much to his relief. He almost sighed in relief as he nodded at the templar who took his burden away. The female was starting to get rather heavy. At least this way he would also look a bit less guilty of a crime he did not commit. He made his way to the middle of the room, and looked around. He wasn't afraid, nor looking like he was better than them. Kane just looked slightly curious. What lies would have been told to them about him.

As Kane stepped into the circle of light, the head of the trials seemed to take a deep breath. "You have been convicted with disobeying the orders of the Circle," the man's deep voice echoed about the room as he spoke. "Not only have you let your magic control you, but you have become a maleficar." A rogue mage without the holy boundaries of the Circle to guide them. "You have instigated the rebellion of mages just outside our door, and have been caught fraternizing with other mages, including a blood mage." The man took another slow breath. "You sentence rests on your next words. How do you pardon your acts of evil?"

(SORRY SORRY.... ive been busy with my summer so far ^.^' Heres the post)

Shiloh looked towards the ground, holding her staff so tightly to her it could have snapped. She noticed that the templar that was taking her to the classrooms had made a brief sigh at the successful attempt to get her staff back but it didnt matter to her. She wasnt going to speak even if the templars wanted to make her. The best part about that was that they would be unable to say that she had done anything wrong if she didnt speak or even do anything at all against the long list of rules she had dazed out during.

Her staff felt like it was pulsating in her hands as she held it tightly. It made her lose her long train of thought on how she was going to survive mage school. Because it was disrupted, a memory came into being through her eyes, but only to her. Her father had just found the finest staff in all of Ferelden. It was a beautiful wooden crafted staff that made her smile ecstatically at the sight. Of course she was a little girl at the time but that didnt really matter to her. Getting a staff was one of the most memorable things that could happen to a mage. It meant that everything was going as planned, the way her mother wanted. Of course it was hard for her father knowing that she was a mage and his wife as well, due mostly in part to the fact that he was one of the higher ranked templars that guarded the Circle. She knew that as a child but it didnt bother her.

The staff being placed in her arms felt so welcoming it was almost as if she had bonded with it right away through her magic. The bond felt so strong she promised her father that she would never let it leave her sight. Just as she made the promise in the memory, everything started to shake and her eyes readjusted to the real world. The templar that had been taking her to the classrooms had just shoved her against a wall. She looked into the eyes of the templar as she spoke. Due to her mother knowing the language of the elves, she knew what the woman was saying when she called her Len.

As the woman spoke then next words, holding tightly onto her shoulder, Shiloh made sure that her emotions did not come through with those words. The words angered her but she wasnt going to let the last part come true, ever. When the woman dropped her from hearing footsteps, Shiloh just looked towards where they were coming from and followed the woman, as an apprentice came down the hall. The woman made sure she was following, but the little neko couldnt help but wonder if large black-skinned templar was hiding something from her.

They entered a room that was full of beds and the woman told her to go to one of the ones in the back, so she did so. When she spoke of clothes being in the chest at the end of the bed, the little neko opened it and took out the clothing. They were mages robes alright, she just didnt know if she wanted to put them on in place of her clothes from the wilds. Of course she didnt really have a choice in the matter so she changed clothes right in front of the templar to show that she would follow orders. Once her clothing was changed, she put the old clothes back in the chest and turned towards the Templar for the next instructions she was sure to give.
