Pretty red. I got one of those stay cool towels that you soak in water and pretty much kept it around my neck all day at work. I'm sure I looked stupid, but I think it helped. I'm about to take a cool shower then slather myself in aloe again.

Yeah, but it was also weird because they keep it cold in there, so you have to wear a sweater, but it's humid out, plus the towel is wet, so it was kind of clammy and left me in this weird state of not quite comfort with a wet collar, but it was soothing for the burn, so I left it on.

But people walk around work bundled up in blankets because they are lizard people with no temperature regulation, so what do I care if I walk around with a bright blue wet towel wrapped around my neck all day? *shrugs*
