It's cool that you actually have to earn your Gold, contrary to just looking around and it popping up in your account. I wish there was a starter set, though :-(

I think the way of earning gold here in Menewsha is pretty reasonable.

It will diminish what I call "gold hoarding" where people refresh pages and vote in multiple polls without really participating in the forum to gain gold.

Don't get me wrong. I'm still a newbie. Just want to express my gratitude for having a foolproof gold system here in Menewsha. ^_^

This is a pretty crappy system. I barely want to be naked and post in the forums. They could at least give you a simple starter outfit. And I can't even play any of the games because you have to pay for them. The only game that doesn't make you pay, the Descending game, doesn't even let you cash in your score, it just says "loading".

I'm sorry you feel that way, but there is a "starter" item in the Hot Gossip shop for only 30g that will cover you up for now. ^^ It doesn't take long to earn the gold for small items like that if you post regularly.

We're working on releasing new games, but there is an intentional emphasis on earning gold by being a part of the community rather than isolated gold earning.

When I came here I was so lost. I didn't know how to earn gold at all. This is a lot like GaiaOnline actually, even the Smilies are the same. This sounds like a fun site :D
