Well, I managed to get: Cool berry, sweet berry, crystal mint, firey, and herbal.
And I trick or treated Mr. Mayor and Vicky with no response from either.
Now with the NPCs out and about, I might not get the rest.

You used to be able to trick-or-treat for them by posting in the NPCs' profiles when they were "home", but now you just gotta hope that you catch them or something, I guess? xDD;; <3<3
