I'm thinking about a Snuffle Brigand with pale, almost white skin, black hair with deep blue highlights, silvery-blue eyes, and black tattoos. I have a feeling all my Fables would probably end up with the pale white-ish skin. xD

The tattoo colour actually can't be chosen. It'll be the same colour as the hair. But from your hair colour choice, it'd be a-okay.
