Although I imagine a lot of the conversation here will be around the Christmas special and our excitement over seeing our beloved Doctor again after a long, long wait, you are allowed to talk about anything and everything else as well, as long as it adheres to Menewsha's rules.
Also, I think most people will realise this, but please do not spoil the Christmas special!! If you're lucky enough to catch it early, you can talk about it all you want - there will probably be at least a couple other people in the thread who've seen it too - but please, put it in spoiler tags!

I'm working on my event hangouts. Mene's Space Station is already all decked out!

Winter Nights is the last "low-tech" event they're doing. I can't wait to see what the new event system will be!!

I'm so excited for the Christmas special, I just JUST got into Doctor Who, I didn't even know there was a thread for it on mene! Cool.

Ah, I should set the TV to record it tonight. My parents have HD, woo.

Heh, I'm just glad to be spending some time at home and seeing people. Christmas and Doctor Who are just bonuses.

I'm the same as Kat. Though I already miss my boyfriend.. trying to keep busy seeing old friends and family to take my mind off it though! New Doctor will also help, I hope.

I was listening to music on Youtube. There's a lady singing in Spanish, but at one point it sounds like she uses the German "ch" sound. And I know that's not a sound found in the Spanish language. Odd.

I must say that I too, am more excited for the Christmas Special. We haven't got any snow around here and not to many presents under the tree yet...so doesn't quite feel like christmas quite yet.

Nevermind, I figured it out. She was saying elige, pronounced "el-ee'-hay". And the h just sounded like the other sound.
