I'm really not looking forward to this at all apricotty but not much I can do about it.

I can't really talk to my dad about anything right now. Everytime I do, even if it's just to ask him if he wants me to make him some toast or get him some water, it turns into a screaming match and I end up with hurt feelings.

Trust me, I know I need this vacation more than anything right now, but the only other person that could help with this would be his girlfriend and I can't get ahold of her, so it looks like my trip is cancelled.

I just heard from Karen and she is going to be coming back into town later this afternoon. My crazy father insists that he is going to work though and the reason he was sick was because of something he ate last night. I hope that's the case and he gets better really soon because this is taking such a heavy toll on me.

I'm sure this has been asked about a thousand times, but what are the perfume-like bottles that I've seen in some signature? They keep catching my eye..must be the sparkles *nods*

Purkle is a mispellling of the word purple that a group of us started a long time ago.

The bottles were made by xrvette (sp) from her art thread from the v-day 08 event I believe.

Yes, I agree, thoes bottles are eye catching ^_^ They always catch my eye too because of the sparkly-ness to them. I wish I had one ^_^

I'm packing the rest of my stuff and going on vacation. My dad is feeling much better I guess. It really was what he ate last night and just the fact he's been sick for awhile now.

It's POURING the rain here, like it did much of last night! We drove around down the street on our way home to look at all the rivers rushing down the streets. Thankfully it was dry during the parade!

My sis treated us to lunch after, and the little Mexican place was full to bursting because of the fair. I forgot to ask her how her preg test came back, but she didn't say anything, and if she was, I'm sure it'd be the first thing she'd tell me!
