Dec 30 - Walked for two hours on Virginia Beach (Just over two miles.)
Dec 31 - Girl Push-Ups (4,6,4,4,6) ((I hate my body. I hate my size. I will build muscle to consume the fat.))
Dec 31 - Crunches (6,9,6,6,9) ((I will lose the flappiness!!))
Dec 31 - Elliptical for 5 minutes on level 4.
Jan 1 - Walked a mile in 20 minutes on a treadmill.
Jan 1 - Girl Pushups (5,6,4,4,7)
Jan 1 - Crunches (7,9,6,7,11)
