there's a children's book called Five Minutes Peace, about a mummy elephant in a similar situation. she eventually teaches them the importance of mummy's 'me' time and get to have a peaceful candle scented bath. we gave the book out to parents in one of the groups I facilitate, and it was a roaring success ��
