Welcome one and all to the Pokemon safe haven. I have heard lots of people say Pokemon is for little kids and that the fad of Pokemon is dieing out. Guess what? If it's a fad and it's dieing out, then the people who still love Pokemon are the ones who will be 50 and still have a picture of a Pikachu or a Charmander on thier computer. We are the real Pokemon lovers. We come in all shapes and forms and from all over the country. We know the best and worst sites for the games and we know ALL the cheats for those little GBA games. We know how to duplicate Pokemon in one game and get extra money in another game. We even know every Pokemon and what they are best against. Well, for once let's show everyone how great Pokemon is...and how much fun we have!!!

This is only an intro post to many upcoming posts...


So, we all know about Pokemon Yellow, Pokemon Red, Pokemon Blue, Pokemon
Leaf Green, Pokemon Silver, Pokemon Gold, and all the others, right? Well, how
about those free online ones? Some of us don't wanna go spend tons of money
for the newest Pokemon game. And we certainly don't want to wait an eternity
for them to go down in price...which by that time all the kids have the newest one
while you are stuck playing the old one. Well, online Pokemon sites have all the
best stuff going on. But how do we find out about them? Best way we know
how...ASK OTHER POKEMON FANS!!!!

The next handful of posts will be reserved. Each little site we all know about get
thier own little post. News and updates will be added along with the link to the
main site. The member list of Mene members on the game will be posted as well.
Also...in some of the games we will have competitions for Mene prizes. See, being
a Pokemon fan pays off!! So stick around and see what's going on!

For all of you who were once a member, you know that the owner had to shut
down the site...which broke the hearts of many great Pokemon fans. It was a
great free Pokemon game with many fun features. You could catch shiny Pokemon,
ghost Pokemon, metalic Pokemon, dark Pokemon, and other kinds. It was great
fun and I myself spent many hours on it till the day it was shut down.

Well, for those of you who loved that game, there is good news. The owner of
another Pokemon game is working on reviving Pokemon Crater under a new
name and a bit of a new layout. Let's all hope for the best!!!

Slow? Duh!

• As is stands, Kyro is working out the bugs.
  Since he runs two sites in progress, of course it
  is going to take some time. The game is very
  laggy and slow and the chat is overrun and
  unorganized. But we are waiting for the final
  version to be released and be great!

Pokemon World Online

If you are hearing people tell you this game sucks and doesn't work, well laugh
in thier face and have fun. Many people joined and quit the game because it was
super laggy and the servers always crashed and took hours to come back
online. But I was one of the ones who hung on tight to the Pokemon Game
imitation site. Kyro, who is also working on the Pokemon Battle Arena, is working
hard to make this better and we thank him for that. It is coming along great.
The site is working much better. Yes, it crashes now and again, but what site
won't. Keep in mind this isn't even at version 1 yet! So give it another chance.
This game has much potential!!!

• People have been reporting losing thier pokemon when
  the game shuts down and restarts. Well, there is a
  little bug going on, but the GMs are working on getting
  it fixed and getting your pokemon back. Luckily this
  bug can only happen to you once!

~What Is Rep, How Do You Get It, And How Do You Check It?

• Rep is short for reputation. It shows how much you have fought and
  how experienced you are in battling. You get it from battling the NPCs
  and other members along the site. (Battling other members and
  losing will cause you to lose rep!) You must have a certain
  rep to battle NPCs. (IE: You need 3 rep to battle Brock.) To check
  how much rep you have, you simply type "/rep" into the chat log
  and press enter. It will come up in a little green text post.

~Why Are Some People's Text Blue And Other's Red?

• Well, that is your team. Right now there is no way to change your
  team or choose your team, but in time we hope we can be able to
  change what team we play for.

~Where Is _________ Pokemon?

• There is a link that will tell you where certain pokemon are
  on the maps as you go through. (I do not have the link right
  now, but once I get it, it will be posted here.)

~How Do I Battle People Far Away?

• Simple! Type "/battle username". ^.^

~Can I Change My Character Sprite?

• No. Right now we don't have that ability.

~What Do Flower Seeds Do?

• Nothing right now. When you battle Pokemon, once in a
  while one will drop something. Iron ore, Wood Plank,
  Flower Seeds. These items will have use in the future (so
  stack up now), but for now they have no use.

~How Do I Buy/Trade Pokemon?

• First, you need to have 14rep to be able to buy/trade Pokemon
  from another member. Then you and the other member must meet
  in the same area (people normally meet in PokeCenters). Then
  you will right click thier sprite and it will say "Trade With Username".
  Just go from there.

~How Do You Save The Game?

• You don't. x3 The game is auto save since it is the internet.
  Once in a rare while when you log out will you lose a couple levels.
  But generally it saves for you and you don't have to worry.

I'm still in love with pokemon, tho I don't tell any of my friends. Hehe...heh... >.>
I've played every game I could, and watched every old episode. xD (can't keep track of the new ones)
I still search for those few places where pokemon cards is still played, but to no avail. T__T

When I was alot younger, I used to love pokemon like hell. Then I started to grow further from it, and I only knew it as a TV series and a card game. As I got older I thought it was only a game for little kiddies, but some of my friends were still interested in pokemon on the Nintendo DS.
In my head, I laughed at them, but I tried it out myself, and I was like "WOWOMFGBBBBQQ LEMME BORROW THIS GAME >:[ ".

:insane: I don't own pokemon right now, but my friends sometimes lend me their DS's. At the moment, I'm starting to have the urge to start a pokemon card collection. D;

Well, I only own games. xD
I love Pikachu, just like your stereotypical girl. I even begged my father for one of those flippin' sweet pikachu DS lites. Now yellow is my favorite color. Dag.

Funny thing is that I never really got into the card craze. I watched everyone else and though "heh...lame." Oh, I only wish I had done it now. T_T
So yeah, I wanna be the very best. o: DAT NO WUN EVA WUUZ.
