thats great! I cut out juice almost entirely and i used to drink a liter a day.

i also walked back and forth from my sushi birthday part. so that counts, but i have yet to reach my goal. i will though. just give me a few hours.

thanks Kirin!

I forgot to wear my step counter when i went to work today, so to make up for it i walked to the gym, worked out for a half hour and walked back. according to the machine i earned 300 calories... but according to my step counter, not so much... only 200 and the step counter counted the walk where the machine did not. oh well... i still think it counts.

im off to make a dress now though. so no more working out for me today.

according to my step counter, yes. absolutely. not for a heck of a whole lot, but it counts for something. and its better then just sitting all day.

Well I had to make "cheap meals" for two weeks and none of its healthy :( I can't find cheap meals I can cook without onion or canned meat TT^TT my mom in law is going to let me borrow her healthy cook book.

i made my goals yesterday, but i didnt have time for internet... so i couldnt tell you. but i did.

and hey Cosmic Kitty! great to see you. Kirin is right though, the internet is full of free recipies for cheap healthy foods. like cauliflower dinners. and cauliflower is super cheap!

mostly just pintrest. they have all kinds of recipies and from all kinds of sites!

i made my goal again yesterday, which was my birthday, and i also ate a lot of cake. so not sure its an overall win there... but i did go for an hour long walk. so the effort is still there and i think that counts for something.
