XD Nope, he doesn't appear to mind as long as the store is kept spotless and the customers aren't ignored. XD We hop-to the moment the drive-thru goes off or we hear someone come inside. And since there are only so many times a blender can be cleaned or a counter wiped, during the Winter (when sometimes we only make $30 a night), he turns a blind eye. XD

My friends gave it to me. : ) It means (roughly translated) "Lover of Books" in Vulcan. : D Yes...we are nerds. xD

Mmm... I estimate about... 33 for a "busy" winter shift. That's assuming about $150 USD was made using two registers for an evening shift and their totals came up to about $4.50 each. (A small cup of yougurt is $2.47 after tax.)

A lot of people have been buying cakes (which range from about $14 after tax to about $27 for a full sheet cake) and buying pints or quarts to take home/to a party.

But most evening shifts are five hours long, so that's only about 7 orders an hour. XD And we can usually get an order done in about 1 minute for a simple order and rarely over five minutes. XD (And that includes clean-up.) So the rest of the time is ours to use!

They actually have Vulcan dictionaries online. It wouldn't surprise me if there's an actual paper copy as well. Trekkies are pretty thorough people. xD
