Yeah, he still works there too and their orchestra is CRAP.
All the students hate him and he's only nice to the first chair Violists, everyone else can basically just fuck off because he'll never pay any attention to you or even remember your lessons, and then ridicule you for not practicing enough when you have a disability that makes fine motor coordination painful. :)

On the upside: I quit orchestra before high school so I had a free period! Whoo!

It makes me sad when music teachers are like that - I feel like they should be the teacher kids can turn too!

I know!
Weirdly enough my first music teacher was kindof a jerk, but in that, NO, YOU MUST COME PRACTICE AFTER SCHOOL WHEN THE QUARTET COMES TO PRACTICE...because he wanted me to get better (pretty much all the violists were terrible so he was always asking us to come practice after school)
Lol.
Unfortunately he found a better job elsewhere, and left.

Yeah, it is. xD

I remember one performance the orchestra put on (after I'd quit so I was in the audience), and he didn't even introduce the name of the piece, he just said something like, "We've been working on this piece for a while now but its still in really bad shape. Sorry."
And then in the middle of the performance he stopped everything to retune one of the first violins. lol
It was supposed to be a dry run before the parents came that night.
It was terrible!
TERRIBLE.

I just finished watching Dune--after having a taste for it from a clip on Youtube--and when I came home I accused my roommates of being Harkonnen spies before tromping up to bed.

It's a long film, but the books I have yet to try. It's next on my agenda when I find some free time.

In some small way, it's still there. I have one commission I'm finishing, but I haven't drawn in a while. Why do you ask?

;____; kbutdon'tlaughatmepls.

So I live in the United States. And I have this boyfriend. His name is James. He lives in New Zealand. And he uses this icon of a Pikachu with a Raichu piled on top of it. And eventually we decided he was the Pikachu and I was the Raichu. So I'm just collecting art of a big Pikachu and a small Raichu. 'cause he's taller than me.

The End. I'm a dork. qq.

I think that's a very cute idea, Dystopia. And it's so personal and playful, it's hard not to enjoy it, hahaha.

Give me a little time and I might be able to come up with something.

;///; Awhh. Thanks Jupi. I appreciate the thought.

I came back near his birthday, but so many of the artists are full or closed. I am so sad.

I had been closed down by management for a lack of activity, but when it was revived I was...scolded, to put it simply. I'll have to finish the one, then get my obligations sorted out in the real world in regards to how I spend my time. Namely I've been spending so many of my free hours outside and running around that I haven't even touched my tablet.

I can see that quite a few of the shops have sort of been on an extended hiatus or were full forever. It's hard to get art I would imagine.

But I love Pokemon, and I have a good feeling about this.
