I've been thinking about this for a while now.
The plans have kept me up late night after night.
I said to myself,
"Menewsha needs a maternity clinic".
There are plenty of lovely places to roleplay
and as the Breedable/ changeable forum grows there will be plenty of shops with unique children to adopt.
But, when it comes down to it,
there is nothing quite like having a child of your own.

Story
-------------------
Under certain unforseen circumstances, a woman from a different planet named Rebecca and a playful demon named Sae, ended up creating a baby from a chaste relationship. The tool of creation being a simple, playful kiss at the wrong time.

They decided to create a Maternity clinic to help odd couples like themselves in a place where they would not be judged.

Rebecca has a background in medicine, though it is still unknown as to how or if this knowledge will be a applicable between different species. Fortunately, there hasn't been a situation just yet where anyone has had to find out.

The clinic is located in a strange dimension that was Sae's sole inheritance from her grandfather. Because she was born without wings, she is an outcast from society and this serves as her only reminder of them. The dimension itself, shifts and recreates different parts of itself as it likes, though it's vague setup up is that of an empty town with a mansion overlooking it, the same things rarely appear twice. It vaguely obeys Rebecca, but does more to hinder than help Sae.

Prospective parents will find themselves at the gate of the mansion at which point Sae will greet them with a strange photo of themselves that shows a momment that may or may not have existed. Sae claims this photo is a "key" to the dimension. Parents are welcome to come and go as they like.

Sale information

Flatsales- For those who win a flatsale, the price is currently 1000g. Though that price may change for later sales as economy fluctuates. A payment plan can be set up for applicants who are willing to participate, but low on gold.

For flatsales, applicants should pm a filled-out version of the form with the title "flatsale entry" to me. Please do not do so if the the title of this thread does not say that there is a flatsale currently going on.

What I am looking for:

• The application does not have excessive grammar and spelling errors
• The application is clearly written and fluid.
• The writing itself is interesting to read and has personality.
• The charectors are well-developed and interesting.
• The charectors are people instead of stereotypes.
• The writing has direction. If something is decribed it is done to support your purpose not "just because".
• The application should be an example of how you plan to roleplay in this shop.

Customs- If a custom spot is open, you may purchase that spot for 5000g. That price is very expensive, because you are able to choose the gender and appearance of your child. Spots will be opened on occasion, how often depends on how well this works out. Sometimes I may open a slot upon request if no other sales are planned or in progress and if I am caught up with all other shop work.As with other pricing in this shop, the cost may fluctuate while the economy is unstable.
Send trade and title it "custom". Once your trade is completed fill in the custom form and pm it to me.

Bribe- For me, drawing multiple children is a lot of extra work and I'm not all that interested in doing it. So, at the momment, the only way to get a multiple birth is to bribe me. I understand that prices are high, but I much prefer doing single births. Bribes may be a fleeting option.

Roleplay
-------------------

Roleplay is required, but you will no longer have your children taken away for lack of it. Having a system of punishments doesn't really encourage people to roleplay and adds additional stress and I would never think of taking your children from you.

Roleplay will instead be rewarded with extra art upon occasion and faster growths and such. Please try and stay on a reasonable scedule however. You should try and have a minimum of one post per month, two or three prefered. If your story is not moving forward, you may find that you can expect that I'll do less for you, as you are doing less for me.

If you have a reason that you have to be gone, tell me. Before, during, after. Whenever you possibly can. We can't predict what's going to happen and I don't mind if you explain yourself.

There's one more thing that I have to state, I expect to run this shop for a long time and will make sure that everyone who keeps up their end of the bargain gets all of the art promised, but if a long time down the road, you didn't participate, you must understand that you have forfieted those stages. I think this goes unsaid in many shops. Understand that when you purchase an appointment you are not guarenteed all of the stages if you do not work for them.


Roleplay Rules-
1. Please avoid playing god-mode. As in, perfect or undefeatable charectors.
2. Do not take control of another person's charector.
3. Be literate when roleplaying.
4. Write like in a book. Do not go "Well . . .-scratches head-"
Instead say' "Well . . .", he started and then hesitated, puzzled.

For roleplaying with another person, I suggest "tagging" eachother in this thread. That way, the thread gets activity and you know when the other person has posted.

If you roleplay a lot I may not make you wait the required time for a growth. If you have your requirements done and have nothing more to do with the stage, pm me and we may be able to work something out.

I've decided now that the following "requirements" are now suggestions. Play out a stage however you think it best fits your purpose and ask me when you think you're ready to move on.

If you want the next stage, please pm me with the following information and make a post in this thread that tells me that you've done so, so that I don't overlook it. You don't have to send this information for the baby stage.

Q: Do you do payment plans?
A: Sure. ^^ Just pm me to talk about it and I['m sure we'll work something out.

Q: Do you take items?
A: I like CIs. I'd value them high marketplace guide. (Or perhaps higher if you feel that they are selling for more).

Q: Why did flatsales get more expensive?
A: Unfortunately, games have made gold worth a whole lot less. I think the pricing is still pretty resonable considering it's two days of playing tetris in exchange for hours of work on my part. In the time it takes me to draw one stage, I could probably make about 2000g on tetris.

Q: How soon will my update be ready?
A: That depends on how busy I am. Generally, I like to have them done within a week, but if it's back to back with another update it may take longer.

Which one is that? I ran into a few back when I was on Gaia, but most of them didn't last very long.

Oh This looks to be fun and the art is very nice. Aside from orange and pink what are you looking for in the way of the banners?
