Thanks Sha! I think it's all good now. It's just the pot with nothing in it that burnt. The oil was barely up to temp and I was just about to add onions. I think there was a film of...something on it that burnt.

We just got back from the Nascar Truck race.
It was cold...

Cool cool. I've never seen a nascar race. I've seen Linny race though!

It would be really cool to see Linny race.
I've never watched a race that had somebody that I knew personally in it!

It was pretty awesome. Her and her cousin were racing. I liked being behind the scenes and hanging with her family before she went out.
