I think mene's biggest problem is that it doesn't appeal to the ADHD generation (current one), since kids want instant gratification nowadays

I think that's just an excuse to be honest. I find plenty of time and I think I've worked overtime almost since my first day of work.

It just depends on What your priorities are. This site does pretty well comparatively. Avi sites just aren't as popular anymore

They need to become popular again because they are super awesome, I was thinking about making a user-ran event.

Well the real question is, how can menewsha become popular without sacrificing the avi site portion?

Well thing is, for us we have been here so long we have a lot to lose. A new user has nothing to lose.

Fun is usually the biggest thing. Menewsha is too slow... but then we're also incredibly spread out too. A lot of users don't ever come out of their little collection of threads.

We have 584 active users, and it's safe to say quite a few of those are mules. On top of that, it states that we have 237 people online but only 22 of those are Menewshans, the rest are guests. We then have 36 primary forums, and approximately 71 forums including subforums.

So we need more people that are active?

Honestly what we need is to make Menewsha appear more active. An illusion per se to make Menewsha seem more active.

Of course some forums like Life Issues are ideal as slower threads, but with so many subforums that are almost the same I think it discourages users from posting because there's too many places it can go. It's part of why I don't really make threads. For example, IRL, Education, and GD are essentially all the same thread.

IRL doesn't really make a lot of sense alone, but I like a specific place for education related chatter. I don't feel discouraged by the organization.

I think I'm probably a late joiner but I have been a fan of Yumeh since 2007. Halloween event I think I first saw him.

My brothers cat likes to hook my leg with one extended claw to try to get my attention when he wants food.

Oh my cat does that too sometimes but she usually sits on me until I get up and then screams at me constantly
