I love Cosplay. Except for the going on stage part...which I've only done once. I get asked why I'm not in the competition a lot, I just enjoy playing dress up. XD

I went on stage to do Cosplay chess at the last convention I went to
I felt really crap 'cos my costume backfired the morning of the chess game :(
but I did it, probably wont' do it again though

When some thing fails on a costume it's always a good learning experience because then you learn how to make things stronger and not just to look like the things.

I honestly hadn't given myself enough time to get it all finished, so my cosplay was bound to fail ><
it looked alright though, but it wasn't to the same standard others in cosplay chess were.

Yes that's something I did too. Also 2 weeks sounds like a long time but sometimes it really isn't.
