I was sick as pooh...

I still don't know why it got better overnight.

Though I have my suspicions...

Partly hormones cresting the wave, partly sleeping hard, and partly letting my Ermy out.

ah but if i get sick again then i can stay home for work and then i can have some real sleep T^T please let me get some sick so i can sleep for 24 hours

I can nap after the munchkin who's throwing a tantrum at the moment and I'm keeping an eye on her but not giving her the attention she wants - I'm waiting for her to fall asleep and that'll be soon.

And then I can nap.

ah good luck with that sadly my niece is constipated and has a terrible diaper rash and so she is crying lots

Ah - here it's just a matter of she doesn't wanna take her nap yet she's Exhausted.

I would do that but holding a kicking screaming unhappy three year isn't pleasant.

Bec will take naps. Just depends on the day.
But I need a nap, so I really do want her to nap.

i don't know what to tell you on how to get her to nap as i do not know her so no advice to give lol since everyone is different my older niece you know we had to lay down with her in a dark room to get her to sleep

We've tried that and it doesn't work. If she isn't tired she'll just get back up again.

Worst come to worst - I stay up and get my nap in when my hubby gets home. :)

You have to pin them down with something, like a heavy pillow or chair or something.

My eyes aren't focusing very well.
I think I've been on the computer too long today.

Take a break, it's not in good health to strain yourself like that. Maybe a little walk, an ice pack, or just a half-hour breather will help your eyes.

Jupiter: that would make it worse, sadly. I have considered it though. But that's not the type of parent I am.

Lure them with a trail of Cheerios and then trap them under a box.

Still - not the kind of parent I am.

I will get my nap in when Alex gets home.

Early night for us. Otto returns to school to start Kindergarten tomorrow I am not a morning person.

Steelie... I hear ya. If it wasn't so hot, I'd put on my snuggly sweater and curl up with a book. It's almost too hot to keep using my laptop on my lap - but shall persevere for the event!
