Yes, it's better the shoes are still a bit stiff than not being able to walk at all.

Valo take them off for a bit, let your feet relaxe then you can always put them back on.. but if you keep them on you could do damage to yoru feet.. take small breaks in between .. just like you would with a pair of high heels or something.. you dont'keep them on all the time you take them off for breaks that way you don't harm yoru footsies..
