The car? Well, the scheme doesn't come into place untill the middle of may.. I've decided what car I want, so until then I can't do anything. xD

Yeap! A promotion is always good when you first hear about it! But you are really nice thinking about others as well. But I can almost imagine him being in that situation as he would be in another town altogether O.O That's kind of hard isn't it for him to travel that far! Holding an interview would be good experience though. I'm always fascinated with interviews since I plan to have a future in human resource but maybe next time when your manager is interviewing, you could get some pointers? that would help if you ever decide to take the promotion in the future! I wonder how the company wold handle it though that both of you aren't so keen on moving from your positions.

And as for your car, I hope you get that Ford that you wanted and in the colour you want as well :)
