Ok, Clair Bear.

Thanks but the more I added the more I felt like Christmas and frost. So I'm going to try something else.

Yeah The Producers is pretty funny. Most of the "offensive" comedy I don't like but Mel Brooks I dont' mind.

Good Morning, everyone.
My mother told me this morning that she's leaning towards the answer yes and that she'll write the letter approving mine! Everything is looking bright for me graduating early!

Yeah... my twin sister is named Kira XD. I was always slightly jealous of that, but... well, I got over it. I decided Kori is a pretty cool name, after all, and it suits me XD.

Are you kind of a tomboy or are you just spunky?
Cause there's a girl here names Kori that's a FIRE CRACKER!
She's so cool xD

Haha, I wouldn't call myself a tomboy insofar as I'm not interested in sports or competition, but I don't wear makeup and dress rather androgynously in general, have short hair etc.

But yeah; I've grown to really appreciate my name.

Ironically, when associated with the root "Kore", the name means "girl" or "maiden" (same thing).

You know, a lot of people think of the name "Ashley" as being girly, but it's actually a name that isn't meant to be associated with a gender. It simply comes from "Ash" meaning "Ash tree", and "ley" meaning "field", I believe. So essentially, it just means "ash tree field" or "ash tree in a field". But how girly a name is is completely dependent on the context in which it's used :).

Ashley originated as a males name.
My name seems femine, but it's actually a unisex name. My best friend's name is also the same way. Seems femine, but really is unisex.

Just like the name "René" versus "Renée". In French, many names can be either male or female, while the only difference is the spelling. However, we associate the name "Renée" (pronounced) with only women. They're just different forms of the same name.

I heard Ashley wasn't and I know other names like Kelly and Kesley aren't.
But I think Lilith pretty much bears the femininity of it's meaning quite well.

I actually have two class mates (one male, one female) with those names: Rene and Renee.

You'd be surprised.
When I learned my name was used for males as well as females, I was really surprised. My name literally translates into "flower" and is very feminine
