5 weeks until the last week in December not counting this week
not sure when we will actually start and end

yeah i am clueless to that as well..maybe during the winter nights event? no wait..it has to be during the New Years eve/day... so i hope the event last longer than those days if we do it in the event...^^;

I think we should hold it durning the winter nights event but not in that forum. I think instead we should have it in the charity forum and have a hangout thread in the winter nights event. That way we will have two places to chat and we can tell people about the giveaway in the hangout. What do you think?

I don't think it will be too bad. Considering I will not have any family things. The most we will do is go out to eat.
Plus most people will chat in one thread or the other. And it will help with getting the EIs for the event.
