Slightly annoyed after that last call. Had someone who wanted to order an outfit, so I get it all set up and she changes her mind - she wants just the jeans in a different style and size. So then I have to cancel out the outfit and get the jeans, then she starts thinking about it and sounded like she wanted to change her mind AGAIN. I just wish she could make up her mind. :P She sounded EXTREMELY confused.

Well it's nearly 11am. 2 more hours to go. Thank goodness! It's been extremely busy for the past 2 hours.

Wow, that's bad. I always hated when people would call and be like "hm... I don't know what I want. Let me take up all your time while I decied."

Yeah, that is really frustrating. :yes:

Well I guess what made me mad is if she went with what she originally wanted, I would of gotten what's called an "upsell" as the top she wanted was something I was to try and sell her with the jeans. This is good because my target is 15%. Last time I got 14.64% and I ended up getting written up for it. *grumbles*

The thing is some of the upsells are really plain stupid. Like selling replacement ink cartridges for a printer when you already get the set...Who's going to buy that? :P (Didn't get a single upsell that day...)

Well, at least you're off the phone with her, right? ^^

Yep. I don't mind a little indecisiveness, to be honest but she sounded like she definitely wanted them.

In fact I had fun trying to help a 70 year old pick out a computer.

Yah my job isn't too bad. People are generally pretty happy when they talk to me. The times I get annoyed is either when we're having system trouble, the person is pretty much totally and utterly confused, or either their accent or their speech impediment make them very difficult to decipher.

Oh yes and the little old lady who says "I can't heaaar you can you please speak up?!" after you're practically yelling down the phone. :P

@Izumi- I had that problem a lot. I speak rather soft so when I was working I had to force myself to speak up. I was talking to this old man one time and I was screaming into the phone and everyone was looking at me like I was crazy. Plus then you keep repeating yourself.
Accents are a big problem too. Because then you have them repeat themselves.
