I think we might end up taking the kids out to the local chinese as a treat - Aaron got a full paycheck friday and for a start we haven't seen them in a month's time now so I think we need to do something as a family. Oh and take them swimming. We tend to save our money to go out and do things when the kids are with us as it makes it even more enjoyable. =3

What are you researching?

Doctor Who. I've got to do a senior research project in English, and it has to be something out of British culture. So I chose Doctor Who.

I never really got Dr. Who...! I always thought it was just something that British people were fond of because of it's rich history. I mean there's been so may seasons now, and I only saw an episode from like 5 years ago and just really didn't get why it was popular.

I finally figured out what a Dolak was though. :D

My mom watched a few seasons of it. I didn't understand at first either but decided to just watch the show and try not to think about it too much. And I found I liked it. And then they changed the female lead and I hated her so I stopped watching again.

You mean it isn't Billie Piper anymore?

I have no idea who it is anymore. It switches like every season.
Last time I watched it, it went from a white younger girl (who I liked) to a black younger girl (who I hated) to an older white woman (who was ok).

I leave and the thread gets active.

Not to active but better then it has been.

It's like it dies when there isn't an event going on. :(

Yah I'm threadhopping tonight. :) It's nice having a couple of threads to bounce about, so when one goes dead it isn't just me sitting here twiddling my thumbs.

Well I haven't talked much to Clair since the last event and she's saving for crowns, and I haven't talked to Esme at all.
So as of now we aren't. I'll be opening a hangout like usual and I might have a few games and giveaways in it but nothing big.
