oh my
that sounds painful
I'm glad to hear your alright after that though.

Oh, and I know about the laughing gas. When I dislocated my knee they gave me laughing gas and other then them wasting their gas it did nothing for me. No laughing and no help from the pain.

It made me panic more. :( I told them I didn't like the way it made me feel, but they said I hadn't had it long enough to tell. :/ Well... I got very upset during the first part, and they had to put me on oxygen instead, because I wasn't breathing in enough.//

AND I THINK MY BOOKS ARRIVED! :boogie: But I have to wait to make sure the package isn't for my mother... so I can't open the box. :gonk:

We had problems making it work at first. I kept breathing in too deeply and popping the valve.
So it looks like we had the opposite reaction. lol

Yay, that's great. ^^
What books are you getting?

First ten Lemony Snicket Series of Unfortunate Events. They also sent me the Autobiography of Lemony Snicket. xD And it's obvious it was a library book that was discarded. It's marked "Non-fiction", and I nearly died laughing.

oh, that's really cool.
That is a great series. I still need to finish it.
Loved the movie. I wish they would have continued it.
lol, that is really funny

I think that's why they must have discarded it.

They could have just put a sticker over it though. Most libraries discard books every day. There are lots of reasons to. Some get worn out, or are no longer relevant. ...or a stupid librarian sees the word biography and assumes the book is nonfiction. You know, stuff like that.

Yeah... xD Obviously the person who labeled the book didn't know much about the series at all.

Ahhh!!!! I am having a nervous breakdown! OTL

I need to move out soon... :\ I really can't take living in my mom's place anymore.

On the up side..I finally got my new swiss miss dress going. I just need to finish it up and make the blouse and apron.

Sorry about your mom. My girlfriend has a similar problem, as well as a few of my friends.

Also, cool that you sew. :)

Our library gets rid of books for the weirdest reasons.
Some because they are older then dirt.
But then last time I went to a sell it was crazy. They had all these brand new books (never even been opened) that they were getting rid of. Apparently someone had donated a bunch of books they had collected and never read. But the library either had a copy already or someone decided they didn't need that kind of book in their library. There was Dean Koontz, some manga, even graphic novels.

Sorry to hear that Esme.
I'm almost to the same point. Not because of my mom but because my aunt is driving me insane.

But anyways, Clair is okay now. She goes back to see the doctor soon, to find out what the hell they removed from my jaw bone.
Yikes! I'm glad that you're at least feeling better. But I would have thought that they'd tell you what they were taking out before hand or even right after.

If you had my professor it wouldn't be. He talks in a monotone for about an hour and fifteen minutes, plus gives us notes. Also I took physical Geography last semester, and this course looks like mostly the same stuff for the first few weeks. It's so boring. But at least it's all tests, and no papers. I like that. :)

Lol. I took Oceanography last quarter and I'm taking Physical Geography this semester.

And that sounds like an ideal class . . . except for the monotone factor.

That would be the problem. See I have an auditory processing disorder. It makes paying attention to someone who speaks that way, and doesn't fricking move an inch throughout the lecture, really difficult. lol.
