Metro is currently a community college. They are trying for university status though I think.

Yeah. My community college in number two in the entire state and within the top ten in the nation itself.

YAY! Clair doesn't feel so dumb knowing that you two are also in a Community College.... I've been treated pretty harshly by some... "Community College isn't a real college- it's fake". -___-

It's not fake. In fact, I recall hearing that community colleges do better at teaching. Especially since most focus on creating connections as well as teachers actually going through the trouble to learn names and getting to know their students.

I know. I was so sad to see that they didn't want those books. They do have Dean Koontz in their library but for some reason they will not keep soft copies or his newer books.

Yeah. That's why I don't bother with the Universities and the private colleges. I'm just sticking to the community colleges as well as the CSU's.

We just started a new semester, and so a couple of my teachers don't know my name (less than a week of classes, makes sense). Anyways, yesterday, one of my teachers guessed my name was "Melissa" and so I corrected her, and another student said, very loudly "WOW! You were really close". I almost lost it (laughing, that is xD).

I had German this morning. It's always awesome. Tonight (five hours from now) I have my psychology class. It's okay. I understand the material really well, and to be honest the teacher is... kinda... hot. However I have the sneaking suspicion she might be gay. She referred to her significant other only as her "other." I might be wrong. ...Either way, having hot teachers is awesome. *giggles like a girl*

A little, maybe, but it's irrelevant, because I'm taken. :)

German is easy, because technically you already speak it. English is Anglosaxon German, with a French influence. ...Damn French. Anyways it's pretty easy compared to any other language, and if you have any experience with languages it's like nothing to learn. :) It's freaking awesome.
