@Poet: The City of New York City. It used to always confuse me when my friends said they were going to hang "in the city" because I'd always say, "But we're already in the city." It took me a while to realize they were referring to Manhattan.

Yeah I was wondering that too o_O about the mangoes.

And that is interesting xP. I went there to see a Broadway play (American Idiot - which was just spectacular by the way, unfortunately closing this weekend) with my friend. Also visited central park zoo. xP. Took us ages to find it, though. Fortunately it is so small. (Though not so fortunate for the animals)

Oh, I'm so jealous! I've lived in NYC most of my life and I have yet to see a Broadway play :(
Never had the time (or the money) to do so. Central Park Zoo is indeed small. Bronx Zoo is the way to go!

I know I don't know my city as well as I should, but still, hehe.

Only went to Central Park cause we figured it was something to do from the time we arrived to the time the show started, and it was a place we could walk to xD.

I don't have fond memories of Central Park just because in 7th and 8th grade, gym class consisted of the class going to Central Park and running laps around the reservoir. I hate sweating, so blech.

He didn't know what a mango was. I loved them so I brought one to show him and he said it was some kind of weird pear. lol
He never believed me that that was a mango.

Yeah, he was really funny. He was an old time farmer and hunter so the only food that was real to him was what he could draw and what he could hunt or buy from his neighbors.
