I'm talking about the avatar bases, of course. xD <3 Ever since I started using the number 4 female base, I have not once gone back to a lighter colored skin color on avatars. I just didn't think it looked right. O.o


So, is there any base/hair color that you use and never change at all?

Im with you! i use #3, i can't go lighter, it looks un-natural and scary (mind you, i am the one who did those colours, but thats beside the point)
I stick to black hair and usually the same style, this troll hair is an exception to my usual down locks because i look freaking sweet in it xD

I always use this same base...Number 1 I think. The palest one. I have a thing about pale skin, anything darker just doesn't look right on me. Another thing i often don't change, is this hair style. I change colours when it suits me, but i prefer this style.
I keep this eye style and colour too.

I've always had the same hair mostly, though different colors. Haha, I was using the pale base before, but really like the normal one a lot more now. Barely a difference but I've been with it for like half a year now.

I keep a few hairstyles in the same color.... I always go for the palest base; everything else looks tan and kind of orange. (I get used to it; it's just a comparative thing.)

I'm a #4 kind of girl, too. :yes:
I might go back to a paler shade in time for winter, but this tone just looks best for my warmer avatars.

I love the #4 skin. :yes: I almost always have it because I think it looks great with red/black/gold, which are the colors I usually use. I only use the palest skin with one avi of mine because tan skin looks weird with that one.

Whatever skin color I'm in now is the one I use always. XD My avatar is vaguely based on how I look for real, and I am pale! XD Same with the hair - it's the closest color and style to how I wear it in real life. XD

I've always been using the tan skin. <3
I remember when more people used to use the lighter skin tones and there were a handful using tan, and only one or two with the darker skin tones.
But now, I see many more people using the tan. It's love. <3

I always stick with base #3 because I find it not too pale and not too tan. I never go for the lightest base in any avatar sites because I personally find it too light. It might be because I am a bit tan myself, from being outdoors so much xP

I like skin #4 too, I found it a little dark just after the port because I think it's a deeper tone than the previous tan base, but i've always prefered the warmer skin tone. Maybe because I'm so pale-looking in real life so it's nice to have an unattainable glow on here!
So while I switch between 3 different hair styles and colours;

female 8
unisex 6
male 8

in white, brown or the palest pink

I've never changed my skin tone after landing on this one, and I usually always sport super bright blue hair. :3 I'm just trying something different right now, but I'll probably go back to my normal color.

I think the goofy clothing combo still makes it look like me. XD *has a horrible avatar fashion sense*

I mainly use Skin base 1. Anything darker looks weird but I may vary to number to from time to time when too pale of skin looks weird. However.. that's normally the only thing that sticks the same.

Normally I also go for the narrower eyes as well, with normally angry eyebrows. At this time with this avi that would not go well so I varied the I'm going to glare at you look I usually carry. xD

hahha. I never change my base color. I'm always a #5 and I agree -- I think I look strange if I change my base color. And I never change my eye shape either. Always #3. :D I may change my mouth on occasion, but not very often. XP I dunno, I'm a creature of habit I guess. At least my hair changes on the regular, even if it's the same style, it's always a different color.

I actually only use skin tone #1 because I use a male hairstyle. XD I prefer the less pale tones, but if I want to change the color of my hairstyle, it automatically puts me back to skin tone #1 and I don't feel like having to reset it. Plus, if I'm trying to check how a color looks, it gets awkward fixing skin color, then fixing hair color, then fixing skin color again, etc, etc.

In real life, I'm pale. I find it so boring. 8D So for my avatar, ever since the new base colors came out, I've pretty much stuck with number 4, male or female. I like having a tan base. I can cosplay as my friend's character - like I am now. I jokingly refer to him as a metrosexual version of her Mexican sex god.

I also tend to stick to dark colors for hair colors. Not really a fan of anything pastel or too light. ^^;

I don't know, I like my pasty fish belly white. It is color to my natural sun hating complexion IRL. Smiles, I should get out more.

I use skin tone #3... And this brown hairstyle is the one I'm gonna keep for my whole entire time on Menewsha! I've only been here since yesterday (as you can see I'm still nakey) And i'm loving the whole concept and feel to this site!

No matter what site I'm on.

I just don't like the pale skins in general, though.
I think the items look better against a darker base.

I am 4 all the way as well. Its my favorite one and I do not think I could change to lighter and stick with it.
